Oceanfront Cottage On Sandy Carbon Beach – Pelican

This beautiful 1 bedroom that sleeps 4 is oceanfront with unobstructed panoramic ocean views. It has a large long deck and steps to a dry sandy beach just outside the vacation rental. There are pegged hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and accented with stainless steel appliances with plenty of counter space and a bar sink.

The rental has 1 bedroom with a king size bed. In addition there is a large sleeper sofa in the living room.

There is a washer & dryer on site for your convenience. Included with the rental is a one car garage and parking for an extra car. In addition, the property is gated for extra privacy.

The rental is beachfront on Carbon Beach which has been nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach” and has unobstructed panoramic ocean views of Queens Necklace and Catalina Island. It is just yards from the famous Surfrider Beach, Malibu Pier, the Adamson House and world class restaurants.

You can plan for a wonderful, carefree, relaxing vacation at one of the best locations in Malibu. In addition to the amazing ocean views and the beach just steps away, nearby you’ll enjoy strolling through two shopping centers that are home to world-class shops and restaurants. When you are not on the beach, you can also enjoy the flat screen HD TVs, blue-ray, stereo with iPod connection, CD player and wi-fi. We provide all linens, towels, beach chairs, and gas barbeque, so you don't need to pack those essentials.

Amazing Malibu getaway

Highly recommend this property. Amazing view. Very clean. Comfortable bed. My only criticism (very minor) is if you want to eat outside with a bigger table, seems like you need to book the two bedroom property . They still have patio chairs on the deck so you can enjoy the view while having to have tea and coffee. This is my third time and it never disappoints!

Malibu vacation

I loved our stay at this location. I have stayed at many VRBOs on the California coast and this is my favorite by far. The proximity to the ocean, hearing the waves crash on the sand, smelling the sea. We loved it and will be back again!

We had a great stay at Sandpiper. It’s a great location in the heart of Malibu near the pier. The ocean comes underneath the elevated property during high tide, very cool. Sue was great to work with and we’ll return if ever back in Malibu.

Location Was Perfect

This location was perfect for us! It is right on the water and a short walk to the pier, restaurants, and equipment rentals. The parking in TIGHT in the garage they provide, but we were able to back in our Silverado. We would love to come back!

Nice place but older

Location location location. That is 100% It was clean but looks like the bones of it hasn’t been remodeled in 20+ years, ie cracks in ceiling, old school look definitely. Bed was comfortable though! The property manager here was amazing. His name is Angel and he was always around and so sweet and helpful.
