Great host, place and location!

We were able to enjoy so many activities as this was a great location and great place to relax and enjoy while inside, rooftop deck is nice with opening!

Highly recommend this location. The property was very clean and well kept, fantastic amenities, fantastic location for parking/driving and for walking. The property manager had great communication and was very helpful. I’ve stayed at several rentals in my time and this one was top tier for its location, quality, and pricing. 10/10, would stay again!

I enjoyed the loft it was clean and had pretty much everything there. The only problem was the noise from another unit we could hear and that was a bit of a problem.

Perfect Penthouse

Very cool open space. Perfect location in Venice with great restaurants and shops just down the street. Safe and very walkable and bikeable. Well equipped kitchen. Space heaters took the chill off in the morning. Monika was very helpful. Awesome place to stay.

Not the right place, unfortunately

This property is good for groups who want a party space and don't care about cleanliness. Otherwise, this is not a good choice. The place was not cleaned thoroughly. There was blood on the sheets, rust in the shower and broken shower tiles. There were only space heaters for warmth and not proper GFCI outlets in the bathrooms. This made the place feel unsafe and we left after one night, despite having paid for two.
