De horror!

Lamentable! Las recepcionistas te hacen mala cara si les preguntas si hablan español... Como es posible que en un hostal internacional las chicas del aseo sean bilingues y desborden amabilidad y las recepcionistas desden? No me recogieron en el aeropuerto, dijeron que tomara un taxi y ellos pagarian y fue mentira, quedaron debiendome $15dlls. Las cabañas se estan callendo de la madera podrida y la alfombra es viejisima, si eres asmatico, cuidado! Mentira que te trasladan a la playa y mentira que tengan wi-fi en todos lados del hostal, dentro de los dormitorios no llega o es intermitente. Lo unico chido de ese lugar, son las chicas del aseo.

空港送迎の契約違反

空港送迎ありのプランを選んだが、以下の点で、契約違反とトラブルがありました。 1) 送迎方法の案内がない。メールにも案内がない。 2) ホテルに電話をし、またホテルをメールもして、メールで案内して欲しいと頼んだが、メールなし。 3) 再度ホテルに電話をして、何とか方法を確認し、行きはタクシー代をホテルが負担。 4) チェックインの際に、タクシー代をホテルが負担し、同時に帰りの送迎の件を確認したところ、出発前にフロントに言えばタクシーを呼ぶので大丈夫と言われた。しかし、当日、自分でタクシー代を払うようにと言われ、押し問答したが自己負担となった。 帰国後、当サイトに電話をかけ、タクシー代をクーポンで払い戻ししてもらった。 たまたま、ホテルで出会った外国人達と友人になり、こちらはいい思い出となった。

全般的な印象は金額相当です。エリアと宿泊形態を予め覚悟していましたが、初日は少し不安でした。5泊しましたが、慣れたら住み心地良く感じます。朝はコーヒーとマフィンを毎日頂きました。(無料)チップは払いませんでしたが、毎日シーツを取り替えてくれてタオルも交換してくれました。

STEPPED ON NAIL IN ROOM

This was my worst hotel experience ever, even considering price, which was comparable to quality hotels nearby. I picked it over these, because I usually prefer hostels, and the name sounded good in that sense, but I only met people from the area, which is a bad neighbourhood. / I STEPPED ON A NAIL GOING INTO THE BATHROOM, WHICH PIERCED MY SKIN. They did not refund me anything in spite of this. / They had a private party on the premisses, which played very loud music untill 12, which is ok, but they could have informed me. / Room was not very clean, and very worn out. / The bathtub didnt have the plug to take a bath, and only warm water for a very short shower. / Staff was generally rude, and even talked bad about other customers when I stood there. NEVER USE THIS HOSTEL.

So I like how it s an old Motor Lodge set up along with some older bungalow style properties. I stay in a lot of hostels across thr globe and always appreciate the ingenuity of making properties work for this adaptation. Front desk staff is on it and really nice. It s in a older, challenged neighborhood and thats part of why it's so cheap- so be prepared for that. Entirely safe, just a challenged area. Busses drop you off a couple blocks away. easy peasy. CVS is a blocknaway. Pool, wonderful latin market and lots of mom and pops all around. Q

Don't stay here!

Poor service and the bed provided for me had not been cleaned, still used old sheets and there was a bug crawling over me. Really bad experience in this hostel.

Didn't like this at all..it resembled a cattle shed..no one told me where the showers were, if there were any..After a long flight you do deserve some service.Other occupants in the Hostel were arguing during the night about moving too much in the bunk. Over all it was horrid and will not stay there again.
