This room was amazing. It was clean, the kitchen was perfect for a few days and a family of 4. I wish I would have thought to bring paper towels and some utensils to make it even better but it was so nice to have the space. The room was a corner upstairs room, was quiet and had great air flow from the outside (windows opened). Close to Santa Monica Pier and Downtown LA, however surrounding area immediately outside was a little sketchy at night. I never felt unsafe in the hotel, however. Parking is underground. Oh and the staff is phenomenal! I would recommend this hotel for families, and would absolutely stay here again.

The room was very clean and bright with updated amenities. The front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. Chose this property because of the parking garage for $15/ night and it's close to UCLA medical center. Will definitely stay here again for our medical visits to Santa Monica.

The staff were very kind and friendly, which made the stay more pleasant. The mattress was comfortable, with a good balance between softness and firmness. The location is very convenient — it’s close to Venice Beach, and there are buses nearby that make it easy to get to the beach or the airport. The pillows were supportive; however, if you prefer very low pillows, they might not be ideal. One thing to note is that the surrounding area doesn’t feel very safe at times. Police sirens can often be heard, and there are some homeless people around the building.

The hotel is in an okayish part of town. However the lot is very secure. The building looks a little sketchy on the outside but the inside has been renovated and very clean. I would recommend for the price it was very good.

Everything was good, except the area is filled with homeless people and smells kind of bad in the hallways. The rest is perfect everything is clean and we felt safe.
