The apartment is located in the Arts District, one of the hottest neighborhoods in the Downtown L.A. area. Great for taking pictures, IG-worthy street art, world-class restaurants (Bestia, Bavel, Damian, LA Cha Cha Chá etc.) and breweries all within a one mile radius.
