Property was nice and clean. Staff was great. It felt safe. Room service staff was really nice and friendly and did their job very well and fast. Only downside is that the next door neighbor kept arguing really loud

Overall I good stay. Cleaning staff “AMAZING”… gentleman that checked us in Also “AMAZING”….my only issue was I paid for a late checkout and told the man I wouldn’t get off until 3:30 and had to pack n shower after work to leave. Before 4 o’clock his wife was banging, opening my door, yelling at me to the point I couldn’t even finish getting dressed after repeatedly saying I was getting dressed! I finally had to answer my door in my under garments! She continued to scream and tell me she was charging me more! All this after staying a week plus paying $50 ( half the price of an all night stay) for late checkout and being very clear on my timing. Remove her and I’d give a 5 star rating considering the price and proximity to my job. Might try again. If I do I will be sure to give an update

this chain of hotels needs to do a breakfast menu, all they had was fried mexican bread, sandwich bread, jellie, coffee, dried regular creamer very disappointed, but corporate better give more in breakfast. receptionists was nice, whole hotel was very quiet very clean outside

I frequent the area due to work, and absolutely enjoy this location. The staff are always amazing, helpful and really take care of the property. It has easy access to the freeway and the amount of convenience options make this property worth the visit!

Emergency stay

Front desk was accommodating and polite, check in was super quick and easy. Rug was stained and ripped, bedding was old and tattered. Bathroom clean and updated.

OK for basic needs.

The location was adequate for my needs, the room was clean and the bed comfortable enough. The bath tub and toilet were in good condition with good flow of water from the shower head and drain. Room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The lavatory faucet was not so good, it had an aerator that restricted the water too much. The breakfast wasn't great.
