Situated 3 miles from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of water activities or enjoying great shops and restaurants in Bixby(Brewery) Knolls and don't miss First Fridays, or at The Pike. 30 mins no traffic from Disneyland, Santa Monica, downtown LA. 10 mins to beach, Queen Mary, Aquarium. There is a level 2 charger at the home to charge your electric vehicle, the electric fee if for use of the charger, if not used - does not apply.
