  • Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully updated, tastefully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath house. Both bedrooms have queen-sized beds and the the bathroom has been remodeled . The kitchen is also remodeled and modern, perfect for dining as it is fully equipped to make your favorite meals. The backyard includes an outdoor living room and patio dining. Situated 3 miles from the beach, guests can enjoy an afternoon of water activities or enjoying great shops and restaurants in Bixby(Brewery) Knolls and don't miss First Fridays, or at The Pike. 30 mins no traffic from Disneyland, Santa Monica, downtown LA. 10 mins to beach, Queen Mary, Aquarium. There is a level 2 charger at the home to charge your electric vehicle, the electric fee if for use of the charger, if not used - does not apply.
