Awesome updates and huge balcony!
My room in particular has been remodeled! My room had a comfy bed, Huge flat screen T.V. With many options from Netflix to Shotime on demand! The coolest part was the huge balcony !

Things to appreciate, but wouldn't return
Pros: I appreciate the front desk folks. Kind, humble people. I also appreciate the enormous closet space, as I brought a LOT of clothes!! Had a mini fridge and microwave. Quiet location, in walking distance to a Starbucks. Free parking, and I always had a spot.
Cons: Terrible roach problem. More roaches than I've ever seen in my entire life. They were everywhere and got into everything. I'm worried about bringing all my stuff back into my own house. I'm gonna have to shake everything out and check everything. Also, every time I turned on the AC unit, a strong stench of urine poured into the room. I had to alternately spray it down with cologne and just put up with being a little hot.
Overall: I feel like the roach problem and the urine smell are fixable. If those were fixed, I would happily return. Good price + parking to be in walking distance to downtown LA.
