This charming property offers essential amenities like WiFi, AC/Heater, and a full kitchen including Big Refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher, Kitchen Sink, and other cooking essentials. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

This little studio is in a great neighborhood. I had a wonderful time walking my dog around and checking out all the holiday lights since I was there over Christmas.

This is a small studio but has a nice kitchen. The bathroom is very small…..if one is above average height, side-saddle on the toilet is the only option. This is one of three attached units at this property so if there are other guests in residence, you hear plenty of foot traffic and conversations. You will know when anyone takes a shower. The unit is pet friendly and our pups loved the fenced front yard and the interaction with the neighbors and dogs out on walks. The kitchen is very nice for a unit of this size. We stayed here for over a month and I prepared meals daily. Full size oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Great neighborhood for walking. No washer/dryer in the unit and we were told that we would need a separate key and that there was an additional cost to use laundry facilities. The owner was cooperative and offered to let us extend our stay if needed. Good communication was much appreciated.

I wish I didn’t have to leave this review, but the property was completely unkept. There were bugs flying around the bedroom and ants crawling on the floor. We vacated within 30 minutes of checking in. Unfortunately, when I messaged the host about the issues and asked about a potential reimbursement, my messages were ignored. DO NOT STAY at this property or any of the host’s other listings!

Property changed on day of arrival

Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this property. The owner changed me to another location on the day of arrival stating that previous renter had COVID. The second property was not of the same quality/caliber and the owner would not refund the difference from the original home to the room I was provided which is priced at a lesser rate.
