Extraordinaire Casa 2B1B KING beds
- Spend your vacation and make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Our Home fully equipped with excellent amenities such as comfortable KING BEDS, HIGH-SPEED internet, AC splits on each room and SMART TV. Check-in and check-out will be such a breeze with our SmartLocks.
We take cleaning seriously. We wash all beddings, mop the floor and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.

*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)

- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules
