World class restaurants & modestly priced cafes, Malibu Fitness Center, surfing lessons & rentals, kayak & diving rentals, charter a fishing or sailboat, trendy local stores for shopping and experiencing the flavor of Malibu. Enjoy the numerous hiking & biking trails in the Malibu/Santa Monica Mountains.

A large private deck, hardwood floors & garage parking accent this comfortable rental. Fully equipped with a barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, linens & all essentials for cooking & dining.

Limit is 4 persons in the vacation rental & on the deck at all times. For tranquility, no loud noises or music before 9am or after 9pm on the deck.
Parties/parties like atmospheres are not allowed. Owner reserves the right to cause Guest to forfeit the rent, security deposit & possible eviction.
Report any concerns, issues and problems to onsite staff immediately.
