As a medical professional, very clean and safe. Love the wall heater! And the apt was well stocked for emergencies. I would totally bring my 8 yr old daughter and feel safe. Nice, respectful owners on site too.

Excellent Belmont Shore Property

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Always a great stay, location is great in a very nice neighborhood. Communication with Carol and Traian is very prompt and detailed. Property comfortable and just like it is described. I recommend and will stay here again.

The owners are amazing. They are so helpful with everything, made it completely effortless. The place is so cute and clean. The location couldn’t be better if you want to be around beautiful walking areas, restaurants and shopping. Could not be happier, I will be back.

Delightful getaway!

Staying at this cozy beach apartment made our trip to visit family a special one; Carol and Traían have thought of all the details and were super on top of things with communication and making sure we were all set. Not to mention all of the great recommendations! The location is amazing, and we were especially charmed by all of the super-walkable restaurants nearby. Parking may be more of a challenge, but we didn’t need to worry about that this trip, so that wasn’t a challenge for us in this case.

There is no place better than this!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and this indeed "Cozy Apartment" was perfect! The place was clean, the host were fantastic, the location was the best part. With the beach just down the street we would end every night with a beautiful view and in a really comfortable bed. Definitely a permanent stay everytime we come back to California from now on!

This little unit is situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance to 2nd street food & shopping attractions, and the beach.The general area is very nice, with lots to do nearby. The host was friendly and helpful. I would return.

Great stay in Belmont!

The apartment, location and hosts were fabulous! I loved being a quick walk to 2nd Street and to the beach. Hosts were extremely friendly and responsive. I hope to stay here again for upcoming visits to Long Beach!

Great location to go to Disney, Queen Mary, Hollywood

Carol, was very helpful and kind, we will stay with her again it is like you are a Long Beach Resident people are extremely kind and say good morning when you walk down the street.

Great location and friendly hosts

My wife and I extended our cruise vacation for four days in Long Beach. Carol and Traian were fabulous. The suite is cozy and clean. Parking on the street in front of the property was never an issue. We were so grateful to see a Canadian flag out front for Canadian Flag day on Feb 15 too! Thanks for the hospitality and friendly space. Next time we’re in Long Beach, we will definitely stay again.

Perfect little beach house

We had such an awesome time staying at Traian and Carol's house for our trip out to Long Beach. The apartment was perfect size for what we needed, clean, and the bed was comfy! We also enjoyed awesome conversations with Traian and Carol throughout our stay and got to learn a little about their life. I know we'll be back and will for sure look to stay with them again!

Quick Getaway to Belmont Shores

My wife and I had a lovely time staying here. Carol was a friendly host and came to see us off when we left. Bed was comfortable and plenty of living space for us. Shower had great water pressure as well. TV setup in the living had access to streaming apps for post beach unwind. We had a great time!

Great Place

We had a wonderful stay. Carol and Traian are very down to earth kind of people. They were responsive to our needs and made our stay very enjoyable. The apartment is in a very good location, close to good restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood was clean and quiet at night. We would go back there in a heart beat .😊

A little getaway, a little staycation….

My boyfriend and I stayed in this unit for a few days while we attended a music festival at the Queen Mary. Everything from first hand communication, to Carol greeting us, to the absolute cuteness of the place was excellent! It’s perfect for two people. It’s quiet, clean, has everything you need. It’s also super centrally located to a lot of places to eat (literally walking distance). Really loved our stay, and will come back again!!!

La Verne Stay

Loved the stay. Carole was great. She met me for check in. Her husband is a cool guy and did my check out. Belmont Shore is the best neighborhood in Long Beach. Just park your car and walk to 2nd street for a cup of coffee, a beer or a meal. This spot cannot be beat in terms of location. Carole was cool and genuinely interested in our comforts place is stocked. You really don’t need to bring much. Great spot and good people.

Nice Apartment, Nice Location

The apartment is at the back of a main house and up some stairs. Its location is outstanding. You can easily walk to Second Street where there is so much happening, so many places to eat, shop, etc. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Inside, the apartment is a perfect size for a couple or a small family. The bed in the pullout couch is comfortable too. Not a bad thing to say about the place at all.

Belmont Shore

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood with easy access to great restaurants and bars. Cozy apartment good for 1 or 2 people. Parking is street but I’ve never had a problem finding a spot.(April) The owners Carol and Traian communicate well and are very helpful. I’ve stayed here multiple times and would recommend.

Wonderful hosts, great location!

We stayed for 10 days on business and could not have been happier with our choice to stay in Belmont Shores. The area is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our hosts were attentive, but we had plenty of privacy. Parking was only a minor problem a couple of times, but never had to walk more than a couple hundred feet from the apartment. Most days, parking right by the apartment was available. Just a couple of notes...there is no food shopping within walking distance, (aside from a Rite-Aid with limited choices) and no laundry nearby. Highly recommend staying here!

A lovely old neighborhood

We found the property to be what we expected, and the neighborhood was bikeable and walkable and in close proximity for driving to the places we wanted to see. The check in instructions were very thorough and helpful. Belmont Shores is a very pretty place, and there are many businesses and restaurants within walking distance. Appreciate the hospitality of the hosts. Renting bikes from these hosts was convenient, but if you want to cover more miles or do more than cruise the beach trail. you may want to rent more of a road or hybrid bike. All the neighbors were friendly too.

Quaint Little Spot in Belmont Shore!

This was my very first time reserving a private property for travel accommodations (vs. a hotel). I was a little nervous as I have heard and read of some horror stories, but this was a great experience! The unit is in a well sought out area of Long Beach (near 2nd Street, Belmont Shore) and was clean and tidy as advertised. I love that the unit is tucked away for privacy and safety-especially great when you’re traveling solo. I am actually a LB native, but currently live out of state and regularly come home to visit my family and friends who live all over SoCal, so the location was centrally located to everyone conveniently. Anyone who knows the city knows parking can be tricky, but I didn’t have too much issue at all! The owner (Carol) was sweet and welcoming and made sure I knew she and her husband were available if anything was needed. I will likely stay again when I come back out and highly recommend this property! :)
