Beautiful Large Studio With a Private Bathroom In The Heart of Santa Monica


The studio is a completely self contained unit with a separate entrance from the patio. It is equipped with a small fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Patio, pool, gym etc are all available to guests.
Large studio with a walk-in closet, dressing area and bathroom with a tub and separate shower. Big California King size bed, flat TV, double desk. Hardwood floors and big glass sliding doors to the back yard with pool, barbecue and private gym.

Quiet residential area and prime location in the heart of Santa Monica but with easy access to the downtown with numerous restaurants, movie theaters and of course the beach. Within walking distance to the trendy Montana Avenue with many one of a kind boutiques, excellent restaurants, coffee shops.

The studio is attached to the main house. The property has a large back yard with a built in barbecue, pool (not heated) and gym, all are available to guests to use.

Street parking is very easy and always available next to the house. Check in and check out is flexible.

Our stay at Aviva’s place in Santa Monica was absolutely wonderful. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Aviva was a fantastic host—kind, attentive, and always quick to respond. The location was perfect, close to the beach, great restaurants, and shops. We truly felt at home and would love to come back. Perfect Tranquil Hideaway

This is my second stay--the property is private, relaxing, and very comfortable. The studio is quite large and has everything a person could need. There is a large desk which is perfect for the business traveler and it is very quiet so getting a good night's sleep is easy. I cannot recommend this location more highly. I have already booked by stay for next summer.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The hosts were incredibly nice and accommodating, and were excellent about communicating check-in instructions, parking, and how to checkout. It was a beautiful property, and was very clean upon our arrival. Overall, we really loved staying here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the LA/Santa Monica area.

Sweet stay in Santa Monica

My husband and I stayed here 4 nights and really enjoyed the accommodations and neighborhood. The host was communicative and made sure we had what we needed. We appreciated the espresso, water, and fruit. We’d love to come back when it’s warmer and utilize the pool! Overall, this was a very nice stay and will recommend to friends and family

Lovely stay

This Vrbo is in a perfect location in west LA. The unit was very clean and the bed so comfy! Aviva was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout the duration of the stay. If I need a place to stay in west LA again I will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Stay in Santa Monica

Perfect place to stay in Santa Monica. Place was clean, comfy and quiet. Situated in a wonderful safe part of Santa Monica near cute restaurants and shops on Montana and grocery stores etc on Wilshire. Aviva was a wonderful host and made my stay very enjoyable. Absolutely Perfect Visit

This property was the best VRBO I have ever stayed in--spotlessly clean, roomy, comfortable, quiet, and great location. Fresh fruit and snacks, milk for my coffee and chilled filtered water made me feel like I was at a resort. I have already booked my return trip!

Beautiful Stay in Santa Monica

My partner and I loved this place! You have your own clean and spacious suite, with access to the pool/spa and gym. The location is also perfect for those who are looking to visit multiple cities (15 mins from Santa Monica Peir, Beverly Hills, Venice). We would recommend this place and would be happy to return :)

We enjoyed our stay in the apartment. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and large. The entire space was very clean and very quiet. It was an easy walk to grocery stores and several restaurants. It’s a great safe area.
