Adorable Naples Island Retreat

Our 1,900 square ft. newly remodeled 2 story, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Island home is only 100 yards from the canals and 300 yards to the bay and ocean.

2nd Street, the epicenter of dining, shopping and night time entertainment, is a block away.We have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedroom have Queen beds, one has 2 Queen beds and the Master has a King bed.

The Neighborhood

Our home is located on Naples Island and only 4 blocks from the beach side community of Belmont Shore, affectionately referred to as "the Shore" by locals. Belmont Shore is hugged by water with the Pacific Ocean to the south, Alamitos Bay to the east, and Marine Stadium to the north. Kite surfers love the great ocean breezes found here. The calm water of the bay makes for family gatherings with swimming, kayaking, stand-up boarding, sailing and boating.

2nd Street, about 100 yards away, is home to great restaurants, upscale boutiques, spas and salons and great night life. Strollers, bikes and dog walking are a familiar scene as people enjoy this charming seaside community.

Guests have full access to the house and 2 car private garage.

We will arrange to leave the key in a lock box and the full set of keys with garage door opener will be inside the house.



Getting Around

Everything is with in walking distance. You can park your car in the private garage and walk to the bay, ocean or Second Street.

Other Things to Note

Our house is stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy the nearby beaches. We have beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, sand toys.

If you want to cook at home, our kitchen is fully outfitted with brand new appliances and there is a propane barbecue on the backyard patio.

If you want to relax and watch telly, we have 4, all with cable and Netflix.

Perfect location!

Super cute and well decorated home withing walking distance of anything you need. Location is amazing, very quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Fantastic find!

Charming Great location

Home was just as described with all the necessary amenities. The layout was perfect for our family. Walking around the canals was so cool! Plenty of restaurants in walking distance as well. We would love to visit again!

Great location - super fab Host!

This cottage house is adorable and very roomy. Ideal walking location next to bars, restaurants and shopping. Check in/out was easy. We were there 2 days after Christmas and they had some cute Christmas decor up. Enough to make it homey. Would highly recommend!!!

Fantastic experience would love to stay again!

This is one of the nicest homes I have ever been able to stay at! We came with our friends to Long Beach CA for an extended weekend for a wedding. My best friend got married nearby, and I couldn't ask for a better home to come celebrate in.

Perfect spot!

We loved this house! Great location, super clean house, fully stocked, it felt like home. You could tell love and thought was put into this house. The hosts were awesome, and very accommodating.

Amazing!!

We enjoyed this house so much! So much space, it's super cozy and the outside patio space is amazing! Beds are comfy and it has everything and anything you can think of that you may need. 2 car attached garage was a HUGE plus. Close to everything, we enjoyed walking to the water and shops close by. Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed!!

Son’s wedding

We were in Long Beach for our son’s wedding last weekend, and rented this home for our stay. We loved everything about this home and the host Denise. Beautiful home, plenty of room for all, very comfortable beds and all the amenities that we needed. Loved taking walks and runs to and around the canals to view the incredible homes. Very conveniently located to restaurants, stores and anything we needed. Highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Stay while moving our college freshmen

We so enjoyed this beautiful home with AC while we moved our girls into their home. Great decor and shampoos etc and thoughtful touches including GF snacks (all of us are GF eaters) thank you! Great Indian restaurant around the corner. Enjoyed a few walks along canals. Nice to have a garage to park our cars in. We would stay here again.

Perfect for Groups!

My group of 8 stayed in this house during a long weekend in Long Beach and we loved it! We were most impressed with how well stocked the house was with everything we needed, from coffee to outdoor items. The hosts were very quick at responding when needed. The beds and pillows were also comfortable! The only downside is that one of the bedrooms didn't have many outlets, but there were plenty of other places around the house to charge our devices. I would definitely return to this property :)

Best Place We've Ever Stayed - Perfect for Family!

First, the hosts are the best you can get! They have equipped their home with everything and then some. We stayed with our 3 kids and their spouses and have already called this our favorite family place to go to again. We were able to have some fancy dinners and wine with basically a Chef's Kitchen with all of the cooking accessories and bar ware. Denise and her team have thought of everything and made it so convenient. The house is as cozy as they get and we all slept great and created wonderful memories. We will be back! Highly highly recommended for anyone visiting this area as Naples Island is magnificent with great scenery/views and great restaurants/stores that are all within walking distance. We spent almost as much time at the house as we did exploring as it's a perfect setting.

A Stress-Free Oasis

Three generations of our family, ranging in age from 4 to 74, thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Naples Island. The home provided a stress-free oasis after driving each day on challenging, unfamiliar CA roadways. Every corner of the home experienced both adult quiet time and our grandsons' playful imagination. We had movie nights in the living room, wine on the patio, and s'mores by the firepit. As a base of operation, our adventures took us to Pacific beaches (west), Disneyland (east), the La Brea tar pits (north), Orange Co airport (south), and many destinations in between. Our hosts earned our highest possible compliment - for 10 days & 9 nights we never once needed to contact them because something didn't work. Thank you Curt & Denise

The house was AMAZING! Friends that stayed with us arrived before us and I received multiple texts saying how great the house was. Air conditioning was perfect, we loved the different spaces to hangout in. So many items like hair dryers, curling iron, kitchen spices, towels etc. were available and we had a blast! Senior getaway

Awesome property from the cleanliness to the well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the Firepit in the evening along with a few short walks along the canal. We took advantage of the property and all its sitting areas sharing stories and playing lots of cards. Updated and nicely decorated. Would book again in a NEW YORK minute!
