"The place was simple, very neat and clean. All the soap dispensers, except for hand soap in the bathroom were empty! No paper towels in the kitchen, just an empty cardboard tube! Also, no iron or hair dryer, and no oven (if this is needed). Otherwise, without these amenities, the place was nice. Owner should warn future guests not to lock the bottom door when leaving. "This was our second stay in past 3 Months at this property. We had 3 adults so we stayed in the 2 Bedroom apartment. The location is perfect for our needs to be in both Georgetown and in DC proper. The beds are VERY comfortable and having a big living room is a huge plus. Tedd is an Awesome host. Communication is clear and easy with host. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who wants great location and comfortable accommodations."

I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay."

"Lovely boutique feeling hotel with great rooms, superbly comfortable beds and bedding, friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Only complaint it that rooms above the bar/restaurant patio suffer from very loud noise from below despite the double glazing. I was promised by the manager it would subside after 11pm but it went on until around 12.30am."
