"Communication with the owner was quick and clear. The home was very clean with obviously freshly painted walls and new carpet. The home had all the things we needed during our stay and our family of 6 stayed very comfortably. We were able to walk to many places and grabbing a bus right outside the home was easy. We would stay here again!"

"This property is a huge disappointment. Beware!!! No towels that were not wet, not even four towels in total, no hand towels, half a role of toilet paper for both bathrooms, many items broken. Table was broken, iron didn’t work, shower did not close, NO top sheets on any beds! Top cover was stinky and old and definitely not washed. The stairs are so steep that luggage was crazy to lug up and down. The toilets and showers needed to be cleaned. We had profitable.money that is British pounds...

I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. "
