"Room was really awful. I really wish I had gotten a taxi home in retrospect, rather than staying the night. The hotel owner was thoughtful, and did give advice on checking in after 10 pm, which was helpful. But the accommodation itself is just so unpleasant. "This was a visit to this beautiful city to catch up with friends for food, beers and good company. There is certainly a lot of places to eat and drink nearby along the river and the hotel was only a 10 minute walk from the Cathedral quarter and 15 minutes from the hustle and bustle of the city itself. "It was a really lovely hotel and seemed clean, although very dusty on the bed frame and window blinds. The bathroom was clean but had a rusty toilet roll holder that needed to be replaced. Great location as only a short walk to the City centre. Overall, I would stay there again. "

The chancel is believed to date from the 14th century. It houses a C17 tomb chest and monument to Sir Edmund Reeve and his wife Mary > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1363731. The east window contains a mixed variety of medieval and continental glass > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1363709 - https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1363715 which was installed during the 19th century and came from a Norwich merchant. All the original benches were replaced during the 19th century restoration but the old carved bench ends > https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/1363744 were retained and fixed to the new ones.
