This is great opportunity to stay in a smart, attractive property in a super and safe cultural hotspot. The apartment is in a secure quiet block in Fitzrovia, bordering Fitzroy Square. Located in the heart of the West End, there is easy access on foot or by tube to tourist London and major attractions.
Fitzrovia has more restaurants than you'll ever get to visit (with new ones popping up all the time). Michelin stars, British pub grub, easy Italians and sandwich shops. fish n chips, Peruvian cuisine, Chinese, Greek, Indian, Mexican, Filipino. We've got them all and everything in between.
Our closest tubes are Warren Street, Goodge Street, Euston Square (all within 5 minute walk) and Tottenham Court Road and St Pancras (within a 10 minute walk). Regent's Park, Covent Garden and Oxford Circus are within a 10-minute walk. The City is a 20 minute door-to-door tube journey.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby in Charlotte Street and neighbouring Soho.
The local area is buzzing but the flat is in a quiet street so you get the best of both worlds. For entertainment, you have Theatreland close by, numerous cinemas, comedy clubs, late night bars, dancing and nightclubs.
Our super location means that there is a wide grocery choice on hand, including a 24-hour Tesco on Tottenham Court Road, a few minutes walk away. Or Deliveroo deliver groceries (or restaurant meals) 24/7 direct to the apartment door in about 10-15 minutes.

Great apartment in London. We loved our stay here. Apartment was clean and had all the amenities. The location can not be beat! Quiet street but close to all the action. Liz was a great host and very accomodating! Highly recommend!
This was a perfect place for a girls trip! The 6 of us really enjoyed the clean apartment, easy check in process, and convenient location. Liz was extremely responsive and answered any question we had.
This was the perfect spot for our family with 3 adult children. It was super clean and spacious. The communication was seamless. Location was amazing, situated between two tube stops. Wonderful stay!
Our family of 5 had a great time staying here. The location is fantastic, it's close to lots of restaurants and shopping and transportation. There was plenty of room (considering it's in Central London) and everything was clean and comfortable. We would gladly stay here again.
Apartment was great for 5 adults with the 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Spotless and nicely furnished with everything you need. Our family of 4 including two teenagers quickly became comfortable in this apartment. The communication and information sent to us was very clear so we knew exactly what to expect. The size of our place was perfect, the beds, bathrooms, kitchen and living room were perfect for our group. We had everything we needed and a wonderful location. Easy walk to Regent's Gardens, restaurants, groceries and coffee shops. A little further walk to the British Museum, Oxford Street, Royal Opera House and Theaters and an easy tube ride to the rest of London. We loved our stay and all the memories we made.
The flat was perfect. The space just right for 5 of us. Lovely & clean. The area was safe and lots of restaurants / pubs / shops to walk to. Check in and out was a breeze. Liz was great to work with as a host. We would definitely book again for a hopeful next trip!!

Liz was very communicative. She provides an information packet that is so helpful with information about the surrounding area. The apartment was great for 5 of us - 2 kids, my husband and I, and my mother. We each had our own space, and the kitchen made it nice so we could have meals in if we wanted. Thank you Liz!
This apartment was exactly as described and met all of our expectations. We were a group of two mother/daughter(s) visiting London, most for the first time. Easy access to the tube (we used both the Warren Street and Euston Square stations) made it quick and efficient to get anywhere we wanted to go. Safe neighborhood and great communication with our host Liz before and during our stay. The recommended food delivery services were helpful and a nice option for our mixed group. Great visit, we would absolutely stay again on another visit to London.
Our family of 5 stayed in the property for 7 nights and we enjoyed it very much. The check in process was well communicated and we knew the expectations but walking at night with kids was a little chaotic and I wish we had taken a cab from Paddington to the pickup location and then to the apartment. The washing machine worked great and we did a few loads of laundry which was very convenient. The area is cute and walkable to several tube stations. Overall, we had a great visit and the apartment suited our needs very well!
Bright and clean and modern. Although there are 3 bedrooms would not be comfortable for 6 adults. Hostess was helpful. Check in at 5 and check out at 10 is not very generous. Picking up key some blocks away not convenient. Towels were the bare minimum. This rental could be made much better if it were a little less mean and more generous
The five of us enjoyed staying in this clean and tidy flat. The location is perfect and within walking distance to many tourist areas and underground stations. It never took us long to get to any of our destinations. If you make a right out the door, in a few blocks you will be in the midst of lots of pubs and restaurants and the Fitzrovia nightlife. It was a great way to end our days of exploring London. Our only issue was with the dryer. With not being familiar with a washer and dryer in one, we reached out to Liz. She was very helpful and quickly responded to our emails.
Overall the flat was as described and met most of our needs.
It was clean and orderly.
A couple of minor issues did occur. The cold water in the hall bathroom shower did not work properly.
Unable to adjust the temperature to take a shower therefore had to resort to sponging off under the bath faucet.
More toilet paper and facial tissues would have been appreciated.
Other than that our stay was lovely.
This apartment was a great fit for our family of 4! Our 2 teen girls loved having their own bedrooms, in addition to a spacious master - and the 2 large bathrooms made getting ready super easy. Having a fully functional kitchen gave us the ability to have quick breakfasts in the morning and cook some basic dinners, though it could use a few additional appointments/upgrades. We absolutely LOVED the location - very quiet and safe neighborhood, and the walk to bus stops and the underground were quick and easy - accessing the rest of London was a breeze! The check in process went seamlessly and communication prior to our stay was perfect, preparing us for what to expect and providing ideas for our visit to the area. Compared to other areas we looked at (Soho, Covent Garden), there were not as many places to eat/drink - but still a handful of walkable pubs and restaurants. Overall - loved this spot and would highly recommend it, especially compared to any hotel - for your visit to London!
This apartment was clean and in a nice area. The host was very responsive to my inquiries. I gave it four stars because the apartment is very plain. Also, a trip to the store is necessary when you first arrive. You will need to pick up shampoo, body soap, paper towels and if you are staying over three nights with five or six people you will need to purchase toilet paper. You are allowed one small roll in each bathroom. We had five women and stayed seven nights. Fortunately we were able to drop our bags off early, so we met the maid outside the building. If not, we would have had to schlep our luggage several blocks to pick up a key.
This was our first time to London, and we have two adult sons in their 20’s, so we needed 3 rooms with double beds in an area close to restaurants, pubs and tube stations. Fitzroy fit all of our needs. The tube was two blocks down. We were minutes away from restaurants and pubs and desserts. During our stay we caught a Premier League football match, Phantom of the Opera and Harry Potter Studios. In addition we went to Tower of London, Borough Market, the Prime Meridian, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey et al. Lots of great restaurants in Soho including the Noodle Inn, Mothers Mash, Mowgli’s Indian Street Food, Poppies Fish and Chips and the Ginger Pig. Great blend of local and international food. It’s all there.Liz, the property owner, couldn’t have been easier to work with. Her flat is well maintained, in a safe neighborhood and had reliable WiFi. Instructions were thorough and easy to follow. She was very responsive when I had questions prior to traveling. In short she’s a gracious and welcoming host. We’d love to come back.
