We had to wait to be let in to the hotel on our return around 9.30pm as there were no staff present. Room very warm but fan too noisy to have on at night. Would have preferred duvets instead of the bedding provided. All other amenities satisfactory. Staff courteous.

Good price, good location

It is not a flashy hotel but it is clean, comfortable and well located. It's near train and underground stations, bars and restaurants, shops and parks. Couldn't ask for more from a London break.

The staff were nice and helpful, it's at a very convenient location that bus, train and underground stations are just a few minutes walk away from the hotel. However, the room condition is not ideal considering the price, it's also not the cleanest with hair at some places and stained towels and sheets.

Clean, convenient and comfortable. Staff friendly. About what you would expect for the price in London. Great location but hampered by underground strike, so had to navigate buses/uber.

The room was small, but clean. Needed updating... one bedspread had a burn mark. They did have a parking spot for us, luckily. But the location for the price was pretty good if you want to be there in Paddington. No frills and older but cheap

Stayed in a twin room and found it a very clean room with very comfy beds. Usual facilities in the room with a good sized bathroom. Staff were friendly and polite. Breakfast was basic but gave you the essentials. The area around the hotel was nice with shops and restaurants near by including Paddington station just round the corner. Will definitely stay again.

A nice stay.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was budget, however it was a good size for a budget room. My room was very clean, no issues at all. Did not get time for breakfast as i had a early train to catch.

They put me in other hotel on the side (same owner) so I do not know how the room in The White Hotel are. Room I got is smaĺl with no small fridge. A little dust around. However, location is convinience and close to transits...it s o.k with me. I did not pay for breakfast but I saw it s very basic.

Great place

Nice and ckean, great location, great breakfast. Limited parking available so car parked elsewhere but the hotel were happy to help allowing my car to drop off and collect luggage and park outside for a morning.

Easy check in at the sister hotel next door. Electronic key card entry to hotel & room. Clean & comfortable throughout. Bathroom spotless with great shower water pressure & plenty of hot water. Reception staff professional & helpful. I will stay here again.

Another great budget hotel near Paddington.. Booked a double room. Room lacks natural light as it's in the lower ground floor but room was good size. Room was warm and clean, bed was comfortable. Nice spacious ensuite with a good shower. Hotel stay included breakfast but I did not try it. Would happily stay again.

The location was good, close to Paddington station. Breakfast was simple but at least made us full. The room was too hot since there was no AC, bear that in mind. The ventilation in the bathroom needs to be fixed, it was full of dust so no air was coming or leaving through it.
