Prime location for a spacious apartment

The apartment was clean and spacious. The communication for finding the apartment and checking in was excellent. What took the edge off the stay was that two windows in the living room wouldn’t close properly and so it was noisy.

What a wonderful apartment in a great area of London. This apartment was clean, spacious and in the perfect location for seeing the sights of London. The apartment had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Booking and check in was seamless and stress-free. The local area has plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit London for business or pleasure.

The property was in great location for exploring central London with parking nearby but quite expensive. The living room where the sofa bed was situated suffered from excessive road noise. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not connect to the internet.

Varning för Q Apartments

Hotellet, Q Apartments, bytte lägenhet till ett helt annat område bara dagen innan vår ankomst. Allt vi planerat utifrån att bo vid Victoria fick vi planera om. Den lägenhet vi bokat hade AC, det hade inte den vi fick. Det fanns inte tillräckligt med stolar för att vi skulle kunna äta frukost tillsammans. Detta åtgärdades inte trots påminnelse.

Très bien pour un séjour en famille

Bel appartement correspondant à la description. Attention, auto check in (pas de réception) donc pas possible de laisser les bagages avant l'heure d'arrivée ou après le check out. Plein de restaus et des supermarchés dans le quartier. Très proche de Victoria. On atteint facilement à pied de nombreux sites touristiques.

Nous avons trouvés l établissement très bien, c était propre ,spacieux,très bien équipé, calme . Proche du métro et gare. Idée pour une famille avec enfants. Les seuls points faibles, on ne peut déposer ces bagages à l avance et pas réussi à avoir du wifi.

Cambio de última hora, que finalmente resultó bien

Realmente está opinion no es del apartamento Victoria One, porque el día antes de llegar, sin tiempo para reaccionar, nos cambiaron el apartamento por otro en la zona de Paddington (a 7 paradas de metro). Llamamos a la propiedad para intentar arreglar el tema pero no fue posible. Una vez superado el disgusto inicial, y dejando claro que no es la manera más correcta de actuar, tengo que admitir que el nuevo apartamento era muy cómodo y bonito y además estaba al lado de la estación de metro, por lo que al final resultó una muy buena opción. A los niños les gustó mucho tanto el apartamento como la zona, a la que no hubiésemos ido si no llega a haber sido por este cambio.

Excellent stay in Victoria!

The flat was clean and convenient to all locations we were visiting. Staff was prompt when addressing any issues that arose. The building had excellent security measures in place as well.

ビクトリア駅に近く、近くにはTESCO Express、Sainsbury等のスーパーマーケットがあり滞在にはたいへん便利な場所です。キッチン、大きな冷蔵庫、洗濯乾燥機があるため長期滞在にはよい選択だと思います。また、ロンドンの狭い物件が多い中で、「広い」と言うことも売りの一つです。生活するように滞在できました。設備面では、ソファーの表面が劣化していたため黒い粉が服や床につく点が残念でした。

Appartement propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Proche du métro Victoria (5-10min marche). Cependant, l´appartement est situé sur un axe passant et bruyant à partir de 06.00 am. Nous recommandons le restaurant Pale &Ale situé à la porte à coté.

Séjour de trois jours en famille. Bon séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé et de très bonne taille. Cuisine moderne, propre et fonctionnelle. Seuls bémols : les horaires d'arrivée (16h) et l'état et la propreté de certains équipements (matelas tâchés (et sans alèses) et déformés, assises du canapé lit déchirées, sèche linge défectueux... ). Sinon le logement est très bien pour Londres.

Lovely apartment but really only accommodates 4 people max. despite me saying there was 5 of us, and telling them the children’s ages, plus ringing to check there would be enough beds there is only one double bed and one double pull out bed. not enough space for two adults and three nearly teenage children sadly

I cannot review Victoria One because the company that owns it rebooked is into a different vacation rental across the city the morning before we left. The Fetter Lane apartment was nice but small.

Fabulous Place But Beware of Check-in Policy

This was an amazing place to stay. From the kitchette and laundry in the apartment to the spaciousness, we loved it. It was also the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. It’s close by bus or walking to Buckingham Palace and theaters. But we booked it last minute while we were already in London, and it made for a headache as we had to send pictures of us with our passports, and a picture of our credit card. (It wouldn’t be as difficult if you’re doing that from home prior to your visit, but I was spending so much time proving my identity in advance that I was missing out on more sightseeing. Overall, we loved it though. There’s a post office, pubs, restaurants (even a Pret) across the street or very close by. It’s true to the photos.

Problemas de limpieza s la entrada

Al llegar por la noche el apartamento no estaba limpio. Las camas con las sabanas usades y sin hacer y las toallas sucias en el baño. A la mañana siguiente limpiaron y cambiaron sabanas y toallas. Excepto este problema, por el que se disculparon repetidas veces, el resto muy bien, apartamento grande, cèntrico y muy bien equipado.

Excellent location. Lots of space. Cooperative staff. Complimentary coffee and snacks. Quiet. No on site staff, but that was not a problem. The only negative is the fact that we were unaware there would be an additional cost for sofa bed sheets and blanket.
