Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
The host for this location ghosted us. We had a lovely Christmas Holiday planned with our kids and grandkids in London and ended up with no place to stay. The only help VRBO could give was to refund our cost of the property which we appreciated but we were left scrambling for a place to stay for a week with a party of 12. We will think long and hard before using this platform again.
