Hayes for 2 days

Ease of access to Wembley, pleasantly surprised at the overall standard of this room. Good short stay even though literally taken for a ride by cabbies!

Worst experience ever

Dirty, messy, small, misleading, unprofessional, inflexible, parking was a mess. Floor carpet, pillows and comforter all kept together in one place ( see the photo). I’m also unhappy with Hotels.com for not verifying this place prior to posting it. It feels verifications are happening at the expense of visitors.
