Bathroom poor. Let down this property. Shower rod bowed out so water dripped off the shower curtain onto floor. There was no floor waste, so ended up with a puddle on bathroom floor.

Couldn’t get a refund even with a surgeons note, i should be taking travel lodge to consumer affairs but i dont have the time or money with my girlfriends surgery. Utterly disrespectful

Not covid safe but a decent cheap stay.

I requested early check in for my stay and received no response from the property. When I arrived I asked about early check in and was told it was not possible. While waiting to check in to my round a group was also checking in and some were allowed to check in early for a fee (a luxury I was denied). While some of the group hung out in the reception area. Although there were numerous signs in the building and on the hotel website saying masks were required in common spaces 8/10 people were not wearing masks. This is during the omicron surge. When I again asked to check in early because this lack of covid awareness and safety was making me very uncomfortable nothing was done. Anyone who is concerned about covid should not stay at this hotel and even in non-covid times expect to be treated like a number not a guest in a hotel and call, don't send email requests as in my experience these will be ignored.

Hôtel situé à coter de station du métro avec les enfants on a pas galérer , pour manger également il y a le French tacos, y’a des coffre shoPs et en bas de l hôtel une supérette, mais déçu par rapport la propreté ´ en entrant dans la chambre je trouve une bouteille de bière sur le sol au coin du lit. Puis ma fille de 5ans trouve un caleçon vraiment je me demande si ils ont nettoyé la chambre ou juste changer les draps peut être??

Great budget hotel.

I love Vauxhall so this is an ideal stay for me. Not a lot nearby so not for everyone. It's clean, nice beds, great staff. There's also a great breakfast buffet and the bar /resto is open all night. Two small groceries nearby, one right next door. Close to transport.

L’hotel è in una posizione strategica, mi è piaciuto tutto! Siamo stati benissimo. L’unica pecca è che un giorno le pulizie non sono state eccellenti, ho fatto subito reclamo alla reception e il giorno dopo tutto pulito e profumato. Soddisfatto

交通の便がとても良い

ホテルの前はバスステーションと地下鉄の駅があるので観光に行くのにも交通の便がとても良かったです。近くにスーパーやスタバや食事する場所もありとても便利でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

L'hotel est bien situé, proche du métro et d'une garde de train. 20 minutes de marche en longeant la Tamise pour se rendre au London eye. C,est propre, calme et les employés sont très gentils et prévenants. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

The entire staff was wonderful! The room was a bit small, the bathroom even smaller, but we had a marvelous time! Kudos to Dionne, who's just joined the Travelodge staff. She made our stay very special with her welcome smile and kind spirit! Beautiful stay in Londin! Would definitely stay here again. Tip... take the underground directly to Vauxhall on the Victoria Line. You are directly across from the hotel as you depart!

Billig weekend i London

Billig og greit hotell dersom du trenger et krypinn. Sentralt med U-stasjon rett utenfor døren, men vær obs på mye støy fra togene. Grei frokost og bra service.

Recomendo! Excelente localização!

Hotel ideal! Dá pra ir andando para a London Eye, Parlamento, Big Ben... Na frente do hotel é uma estação de metro e terminal de ônibus, que facilita muito se locomover na cidade. Também tem 2 supermercados ao lado! O café da manhã é bem servido, os atendentes muito prestativos, quarto de bom tamanho, bem limpinho, chuveiro forte e quente... enfim, adoramos! Só faltou um frigobar para gelarmos nossas bebidas ;)

Vauxhall Value

This hotel works well if you are on a budget and want a convenient location in a clean, simple hotel. The room is small but quite satisfactory. A hairdryer is not provided in a basic room. Breakfast provided plenty of choices for everyone. It's location near the station is easy and convenient.

Stayed for 9 nights. Lovely, friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Convenient location. Reasonable breakfast. Bar area is a bit grim, could do with some interior decoration. Generally an easy hotel to stay in.

Great location and stay.

The hotel is nearby train and bus so very convenient. Room was clean and confortable. Interior bathroom was surprisingly cold. Good windows. Is very quiet. Hot Breakfast is very decent. Eggs, sausage, bacon, tomato, beans, toast, cereal, yoghurt, etc. Staff tries hard top make sure stay is great. There's am in house resto and bar. Some nightlife nearby. Also a large grocery store.

Ótimo custo benefício

Hotel bem em frente à estação de metrô e trem o que facilitou o nosso deslocamento pela cidade e a chegada e saída de metro com malas. Os quartos são pequenos, especialmente o banheiro, mas nada que nos incomodasse nas 2 noites que passamos. O funcionário Tony é muito simpático e fala Português, o que facilitou a comunicação já que que não temos a fluência no inglês. Uma experiência boa no período em que ficamos hospedados.

Good hotel

We stayed here for three nights and overall it was a good experience .The hotel stuf is very helpful.The breakfast was very nice. The only problem was the noise from the near train ...it was beyond normal and I wish I requested a different room because I think they would understand that.

Bien comunicado con bus,metro

Aparte de la buena comunicación con el transporte público,se puede pasear junto al Támesis para llegar hasta el Parlamento en 20´.Enfrente del hotel existen bicicletas públicas.Para acceder a todos estos servicios públicos con una tarjeta contactless de España es suficiente. Como inconveniente tiene un bar musical en la zona trasera en planta sótano,aunque no se oye mucho.

Avoid if possible

Got assigned an uncleaned room. Solied cupson the window sill, filthy toilet and no soap in the bathroom. Blocked drain on the shower tray meant no shower. Was promised a refund voucher by Jose the Duty Manager but no emails from Travelodge. Only saving grace was helpful staff on the counter who are not empowered to compensate.
