Won’t be going back there I’m afraid. My first night there and in the night, someone was able to come into my room! I was horrified that someone had access and let themselves in. Looks like it was a mistake and they went to the wrong room, but how can someone have the same key card! The hotel did apologise and changed my room, but was unacceptable. I also hardly saw any staff around, even when I checked out and rang the bell at the desk, no one came so I just left.
