Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Good but room for improvement

Linen & towels spotless. Comfy bed. Kitchen reasonably well equipped. Problem with WiFi password, had to contact the host. Generally clean apartment but lots of small maintenance jobs needing attention let the place down.

Disliked: Cleanliness
While the location was amazing and the overall apartment was cute and a decent stay, the bedding smelled so dirty. I told the service at the end of the stay - not even considering to tell them during about bedding as it’s not a hotel - and they offered no support. A week after my trip, I noticed bites all along one side of my body. I went to urgent care and they confirmed I had mite bites. The only place my body was exposed, was that bed in the apartment. Mite bites show up 1-3 weeks after exposure so that was definitely where they came from. I showed all the proof to the service and they still offered no support. Will NOT be booking with them ever again.
