Great location for access to the Tube and easily walkable to the theatre district. The hotel is undergoing a face-lift which I reckon is welcome.

This hotel is in terrible condition! rooms are tiny and in poor shape. Holes in chairs, worn out carpet, dead mattress, in the middle of a renovation zone. They are renovating but they should close while they do it. ITs a mess. Moreover, there are mice/rats that have been disturbed due to the construction and I saw several scurrying in the hall ways. Gross! I informed the mgt and asked for a refund to change hotels and they refused. Location of the hotel is great but its not really habitable and probably a health and safety hazard. I really am due a refund for the stay! DONT STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Staff it was friendly, despite the first night I had no hot water. Bed it was very uncomfortable and the room it was too bright.

Shower was cold each morning. Close to the theatres. Busy area but close to shops. Pleasant staff. Quick check in / out. 4 lifts. Busy but friendly hotel.

The bed was quite comfortable but was camp bed style so quite noisy if moving around on bed during the night. The hotel was generally quite noisy, we could hear the lift pinging when it arrived, other people staying at the hotel, and lots of noise from outside.

Excellent location for a short stay in London. All the places I wanted to visit were in walking distance. Staff were patient and helpful. Breakfast choices were excellent. Room was comfortable although decoration could be updated. Bathroom was tired but I do believe the hotel is being renovated so I expect these issues are in hand.

Chosen for a theatre break in London hotel perfectly placed for good access to West End theatres . Easy access to Elizabeth line a bonus! Staff helpful, and friendly ! Highly tecommend!

The hotel is not in a great shape and the rooms are very small. There are labyrinths of corridors to get to the rooms, very poorly signposted. There was a lot of noise coming from the other rooms and the corridor at night, which made very difficult to sleep. Location is fantastic, but that's the only positive note for me.

Was a nice hotel overall but a few things that were an issue for us. The doors are very thin and the cleaning supply room was beside our room and was very loud. The bigger issue is that the shower is objectively tiny. I’d still recommend people stay but would point out the shower size in case is an issue

Good central location and staff welcoming and helpful. However, room facilities were not great, room was cold and heating wouldn't work properly. But can't fault the welcoming feel of the reception staff and bag handling.

the location in the heart of the city is ideal. quiet room, no noise from the city. The area of the room was very small, very little storage volume. Does not lend itself to a stay of several days.

Lovely and central, very hard bed, like sleeping on a board. No tea spoons on little stirrers which broke easily. Teabags not replenished so no drink on the second morning for us.

When we arrived at check in we were told we were being upgraded to an “executive room “ which we were pleased about. When we got to our room which was in no way “executive “ we found we had walked in to an oven! We thought that maybe the heating had been left on and we were in a rush to get out to see the show we had booked so we opened the windows and set the air conditioning to as low as it would go. When we returned later in the evening we found the room to be still as hot, and not wanting to cause a fuss we attempted to sleep. However after a few hours tossing and turning we had to call reception to report it. After a long wait eventually two staff members knocked our door and fiddled about with the heating controls but to no avail. (One of the staff said it would just cool through the night!) They eventually decided that we should move room and we were moved next door to a room that was fine. As we only got a few hours sleep we felt that our trip to London had been spoiled.
