Retro Kensington Olympia 2 Bed/2 bath Home with green balcony terrace!
This centrally-located home, offers great transport links to the best attractions, shopping & universities; and is 15 minutes walk from the River Thames.
Perfect for families, friends & couples who like privacy and extra space. The home offers a stylish living room and fully equipped open-plan kitchen, as well as a terrace to enjoy the rare London sun!
The two spacious & peaceful bedrooms have one King and one Queen-size bed & bedding offering garden views from the upper ground floor of this terrace house. The apartment is filled with plants and cosy design features. We also have a guitar!
You & your guests will be comfortable, with two bathrooms, one with bathtub, other with shower. The flat has a mobile air cooling unit and fans, an El Gusto coffee maker as well as a smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine, hob & oven, toaster, microwave, kettle, iron and hairdryer.
The home is 50sqm plus a 10sqm balcony terrace.
Kensington Olympia is part of the borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. The flat is next to the world renowned Olympia London and is walking distance from Kensington High Street, Holland Park, Notting Hill, Earl's Court and Kensington Palace. Kensington Olympia station is 9 mins walk and Barons Court station is 6 mins away.
Brook Green is across the road and offers tennis courts and a great children's playground as well as local shops and restaurants. The famous Queen's Club Tennis grounds are down the road and on the other side is the St Paul's Hotel garden restaurant, worth a visit for its historic story.
Hammersmith Broadway is a short walk and offers London's best transport links as well as various dining options. Our favourite is Kampai run by a local Japanese family. We will send you plenty of recommendations for cafes, restaurants and shops once you book.
On street parking can be booked on the RINGO app between 9am and 11pm. There is a charging station for electric cars right outside the property.
We can provide a cot and a high chair, however these need to be booked in advance and may be reserved by other guests so please request them early on.

Beautiful 2 bedroom flat near Hammersmith. There were 3 of us staying for 6 nights in London. We only used public transport and the flat was within 5-8 minutes walk to the tube and bus stops. It was very spacious and we enjoyed the terrace, which is outside one of the bedrooms. Nadia is a great host and responded quickly to any questions!
This property was very clean and very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Communication with the property folks was very easy and they were very helpful prior to our arrival with all the questions we had. We enjoyed our stay.
