Location-easy 3~4min walk from Tottenham court Rd station made our trip easy access to subway and shops around there. Staffs were very kind, room service was prompt, nice quality toiletries, and breakfast was nice. Overall, nothing to complain.

This hotel is located minutes from a tube station as well as a 3min walk from the British Museum and 5min walk from several streets of shopping and food. Great location, rooms were comfortable (small by US standards but not tiny) the breakfast was great. Bartender was wonderful.

Very clean and recently refurbished room. Very quite. Comfortable bed. Good nights sleep. Staff was helpful. Got me extra water and milk for my room. Because of the hot weather in the U.K. it was great to have A/C in hotel room in London. Drinks were very good. Nice choice for breakfast. Good location close to the tube station.
