Great location. Easy to get to the Underground and to all of the historic sites you want to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very busy in the Seven Dials so don’t forget to make a dinner reservation.

The nicest Radisson we have ever stayed in! Very clean, superb location, and the staff cannot be beat! Every one of them is friendly and helpful, and having concierges like George and Eddie who seemed to truly enjoy helping (not expecting monetary tips like in the US) made our stay exceptional!

First room we were given had been smoked in - the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. This is a no smoking hotel and I appreciate the hotel cant stop it from happening but the room should not have been allocated until the smell was gone. We were given a smaller, more dated room in the same class as our original booking, unfortunately this room had a sizeable burn mark in the carpet which did not look great. A handyman came during our stay so we assume the hotel was aware and were going to replace the carpet at some point. We’ve stayed here 4 times over the years, the location is second to none and the staff are always lovely. The restaurant is excellent, too. The rooms can unfortunately be a little hit or miss.

Great location facilities need attention

Location of hotel is great. Staff are very friendly but standard room was below standard . Not enough room to hang clothes, bed was not comfortable at all . Blinds poor and very poor view. No toilet on ground floor. I would come again for locations but facilities need improvement . No mini bar
