We had a great stay at Premier Inn London Dagenham. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. The property is well maintained and kept very clean, and our room was comfortable and spotless. Everything felt organized and taken care of, which made the stay smooth and stress free. The location was convenient as well, with good access to transport and nearby amenities. The only small suggestion would be to add an in room safe for keeping personal belongings secure. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily stay here again.

The receptionist are not welcoming, unfriendly and rude The rooms are not well equipped with need and cleaning is zero. The restaurant staff lack courtesy and very rude Same type of breakfast every morning.

Det var överlag ett bra hotell. Rent och skön säng. Trevlig personal. Det som inte var så bra var att det var ett badkar istället för dusch. Svårt för mitt resesällskap att ta sig i och ur.
