Excellent stay for a family

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and the bed/pillows were super comfy. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. The location was perfect to the Tower of London, plus many shops and restaurants.

Great Stay in London The hotel is spotless, quiet, and very comfortable. It’s in a great location with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to get around the city. Despite being central, it’s wonderfully peaceful at night. Breakfast is fresh, generous, and excellent value.

The hotel was great and the beds simply spectacular as advertised. The staff was very helpful but if you are going to this hotel, know that there aren’t as many staff members as you may be used to at other hotels. Breakfast buffet was very good. The location is excellent, but please mind that it is on a narrow cobblestone dead-end street that’s some walking distance from the nearest station. If you have luggage, choose Uber for travel.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything exceeded my expectations—from the warm and welcoming staff to the spotless rooms and excellent amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in every aspect of the service. The location is perfect—within walking distance to the Tower of London and London Bridge—which made sightseeing incredibly convenient. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and inviting. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

Hotel was very well maintained. Everything worked well except key card access. Had to change card almost everyday. Othe than that, this is the best place to stay. Quiet, easy acess to 24 hr. Tesco, Underground train and taxi or Uber. Staff was also very helpful.

The hotel Is nice, well located and breakfasts are awesome. My problems however started after I left the hotel. I had to cancel last night of my stay due to other circumstances, hotel receptionist confirmed I will be issued a refund for unused night. However few days later I realized that my card was charged for the whole stay, including the cancelled night. I reached out to Expedia. Few hours later I received a notice that they cannot contact the property and cannot issue me the refund. So, I called the property, a person asked me to fill the form on Premiere Inn website, another few days later I received a notice saying that they won’t talk with me because I booked via Expedia. I reached back to Expedia, and they basically refused to help. Next time I will book my hotel direct.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Beim Frühstück gab es jeden einzelnen Tag genau dasselbe, dazu eine extrem geringe Auswahl. Abwechslung gleich null. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war ebenfalls ein großes Problem. Die Zimmer wurden nicht automatisch gereinigt, man musste jedes Mal selbst Bescheid sagen. Erst nach unserer Beschwerde am dritten Tag wurde uns erklärt, dass man jeden Tag vor 12 Uhr zur Rezeption kommen muss, um Reinigung oder frische Handtücher zu bekommen. Das ist meiner Meinung nach nicht akzeptabel. Normalerweise meldet man sich, wenn man keine Reinigung möchte, nicht umgekehrt. Am zweiten Tag brachte die Reinigungskraft zwar frische Handtücher, ließ aber einen überquellenden Mülleimer stehen, obwohl sie ihn gesehen hat. Wir waren mit Baby dort, entsprechend viele Windeln. Am Ende habe ich den Müll selbst vor die Tür gestellt. Zudem haben die „frischen“ Handtücher stark unangenehm gerochen. Insgesamt mangelhafte Organisation und sehr schlechte Sauberkeit. Keine Empfehlung.
