When it's time to recharge, slip into our inviting bedroom boasting a snug double bed and a peaceful ambiance for a good night's sleep. We've got you covered with hotel-quality linen, towels, and ample storage to stow away your treasures from your London escapades.

Freshen up in our tidy bathroom featuring a bathtub with a shower, a toilet, and a sink. No need to pack toiletries—we've got soap, shampoo, shower gel, and, of course, plenty of fluffy towels. There's even a hairdryer for those picture-perfect moments!

Rest assured, our place is meticulously cleaned before your arrival, ensuring a cozy, comfortable stay amidst the bustling city of London. Do note, though, that our charming abode is situated on the second floor without a lift—a little exercise to balance out your indulgent adventures in the city!

Other things to note
Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
There is free street parking along the main road ( this is not allocated) however do please bear in mind that this is on a first come first serve basis.

A £100 charge will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. Linen for the sofa bed will be provided and left next to it.
No parties will be tolerated - and an extra £250 fee will apply should any house rules be broken.
