I liked the openness of the hotel and the furnishings. The extra tea/coffee and cold water tap are an excellent idea too. I would like to mention that our room was adequate for one night but for 3 people it would have been too small for a longer stay with the sofa bed pulled out to accommodate the 3rd person.

Fantastic hotel, great location

Fantastic hotel in a great location for restaurants, Oxford St shopping and Hyde Park. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean and the breakfast selection was plentiful with freshly cooked eggs to order. But the cherry on the cake is the staff, Galina in particular really went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She's so helpful and cheerful, and asset to any establishment.

Overall good, breakfast needs work.

Overall a lovely stay. Warm and friendly reception staff, hotel in a great location. Breakfast let things down as although there was a great selection, it was cold. We even tried at 7:30 when it opened but alas the hot food was tepid at best.

Washroom is dirty, dirty kitchen sink and under the sink, utensils not washed properly, and lots hair on floor/not mopped well and dusty. I should have taken photos as soon as I came in. The owner needs to talk to the cleaner or check after cleaning.
