A totally charming boutique hotel that made our stay in London feel as if we were the only guests in a gracious home. The rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, yet the standout features were the responsive staff and the lovely public areas (including the rooftop garden) in which we enjoyed a delightful breakfast. No. 30 Knightsbridge is a unique choice in a first-class neighborhood.
No.30 Knightsbridge was a fabulous experience from the minute we checked in.
Jules was the perfect host and welcomed us all warmly.
The rooms we had were spotless, lovely toiletries and really comfortable, immaculate beds.
The hotel staff managing the front desk late at night were really helpful too when we returned back late after our theatre evening.
Complimentary breakfast was super and a great start to the day.
This hotel is literally around the corner from Harrods, you’re straight into the high street after a very short walk.
We will return, as our stay was perfect.

Giving only 2 stars because of the great location and the staff was amazing , from the reception to the cleaning staff , otherwise I would rate this hotel at 0 stars. I still don’t understand how the room costed me $400 a night. The hotel is so extremely old even tho it looks like they did renovation . Yet , the hotel and rooms smell disgusting, yet like mold . Shower and toilet another subject to talk about .
You pretty much paying for the location , but totally not worth it . This hotel can’t cost more than $200 a night .
Only the amazing personnel is making this hotel is . Extremely sweet , patient, helpful .
Jules was an extremely helpful and kind memeber of the team who greeted me at check-in and gifted me with an upgrade. What a lovely surprise!!
I was although taken aback by the fact that there are no common areas at the hotel in use at the moment. So it is more of an B&B than a hotel. I did get a lovely complimentary in-room breakfast! Excellent location or shopping, Hyde Park etc although immediate surrounding area is not very nice.

Awkward stay in London
This hotel is a newer property and I think the staff is struggling with some basic customer service issues. My hope is that with time and experience they will come up to par as the hotel is in a nice location. The reception is very unusual. There is a very small area with a podium for check-in. I later found out there is actually a large room that is used for a vent entry. I don’t know why this is not also hotel reception. As we were checking in the gentleman behind the podium stopped, interrupted our check in to help another woman check in before getting back to us. I asked for a recommendation of a local pub and I was told by a different gentleman on duty that he was unaware of any pubs in area. Also, I asked if we would be able to store our luggage overnight and I was told initially that this was not possible then the gentleman told me that it potentially was possible, but it would have to be stored in the basement and he did not know if he could get approval. There was a lovely breakfast offered with pastries, but the seating was very awkward. I think some up skilling on flow and service will do this hotel marvels and I hope that they are able to improve in these areas because it is a nice property.
My sister and I had the great pleasure of staying at No. 30 Knightsbridge. Upon our very early arrival, we were welcomed by a gentleman named Jules, who went above and beyond in making sure we were settled in comfortably in our room which left a lasting impression. The friendly service and accomodations from Jules and all of the staff working at the front desk (and housekeeping) continued through the duration of our stay, which is unlike any hotel experience we have had before. For two young women traveling alone, we are sincerely grateful.
The property is a stunning 16 room boutique hotel in a building with a tremendous amount of history. Our rooms were beautifully designed with updated amentities. The beds and linens were SO comfortable! And every morning we were presented with a delicious breakfast spread of pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice and coffee.
The main lobby of the hotel is absolutely gorgeous, and while touring the upstairs we felt like we were taken back in time by the traditional decor and stunning artworks on the walls.
We were just a quick walk away from Harrods, Harvey Nichols, and a tremendous amount of standalone luxury fashion stores, as well as upscales pubs, restaurants, and everything we could possibly need.
It is very apparent that this hotel is always immaculately maintained, with very caring, welcoming staff that treats their guests like royalty. No. 30 Knightsbridge is second to none and I would highly recommend staying here.
Beautiful boutique hotel very close to shoppings area Harrods and very close to Knightsbridge and Sloane Square underground stations. And 5 minutes walk from Hyde park.

The lift only goes to the 3rd floor and the shower didn’t work properly but besides that it was fine.
Wonderful experience at No. 30 Knightsbridge. The room charming, clean, and comfortable. The staff were amazing! I highly recommend this boutique hotel.
Our family stayed for a week this Dec 2024. The property is in a prime location, and walking distance to anything you may need. The hotel is remarkable, clean, and decorated with amazing pieces. The staff made us feel at home, safe, and welcome. They covered all our requests without hesitation. We will return and would certainly recommend this to anyone. Cheers!
My room (#8) was tiny. No room even for chair or desk. But all else was very good. Very clean. Window opens. Very good service. Really nice outdoor lounge area. Great location.

Underwhelming and a bit odd.
Don't think they've ever had a family stay there. No cot even though I said so was bringing a 1 year old. The upstairs area is very grand & smart, but feels like no one has ever been in it. It just all feels like some sort of shell for something else...
Finding someone else's underwear in the draws wasn't ideal.
Great location and hotel is very well fitted out and live the quirky lift. Only down side was we were given our keys to the room and upon entering somebody else stuff was there. They had given us the wrong room. It was all sorted but made us a bit uneasy. But comfortable, clean, hot water and slept well. Just remember this hotel does not do breakfast and I knew this so find a little cafe nearby (there are plenty).
A very charming and luxurious hotel in English stile with excellent staff. The rooms are quiet, have a soft carpet on the floor and have a super high, big bed full of pillows which make you feel like you are a queen. It has everything you could wish for, from coffee, tea and free bottles of water to a safe, bathrobe and slippers. Loved the marble bathroom as well and that the window could be opened at night without any noise. Last but not least: the staff provided excellent service. They gave me an upgrade to a different room, delivered as many bottels of water to my room as I liked and when I was already checked out, they gave me a key to another room for an online work meeting I had late in the afternoon and I could stay there as long as needed. Absolutely amazing service! I can recommend this hotel to everybody!

The living areas where you are served a fab continental breakfast are very elegant and lovely. But it’s a Very quirky hotel. You enter from Pavilion Road- Need to ring buzzer to gain entrance and there is no “front desk” / lounge per se.
On check in the Person on duty led me into elevator with manual sliding doors but we had to exit on third floor and take stairs to my 4th floor room. The only time you are not in this quirky side of hotel is when you cross over into the drawing room floors for breakfast. It’s a pity guests can’t enter/ check in using the gorgeous living room space but apparently that is used as a Party Venue outside of breakfast hours. So while they advertise hotel using photos of these rooms, they are only available from 8-10 am daily. BUT it’s a fabulous continental breakfast with great service.
So to rate is very hard .
My room advertised as king Jr Suite was tiny. And thin walls so I heard guests talking next door until late. There are no in-house phones in room to report to front desk.
I guess once you get used to it all it’s an ok hotel. The location is fab and hotels nearby are 4x the rate so technically a good value.
Would I stay there again? Perhaps but only to save money and keep great location.
