My name is Jubed, I have been with HomeAway for 6 years with 3 Properties called "Grenville" Property number: 8395279, large 6 bedroom house sleeps up to 14, or 16 with 2 additional child Beds, 6 min walk to London Turnpike Lane Underground Station and the best part is direct into Central London or London Heathrow Airport.

"Modern Apartment sleeps 7" Property Number 8395279, large Ground floor Apartment sleeps up to 7 with large private Rear Garden 1 minute walk to London Wood Green Underground Tube Station and and the best part is direct into Central London or London Heathrow Airport.


This Luxurious Apartment “Wood Green” Built in 2013, was my Garden, I personally Project managed the New build. I am very proud to share my Apartment on the 1st floor (15 steps to climb) and its very elegant and spacious, open living space with a large Double Sofa Bed and 1 large Double Bedroom. Wood Green Tube Station is 1 min walk away and home to the New Totteham hotspurs Stadium as well as NFL.

My Apartment is great for Business Traveller, young couple to family with kids, Comfortable and easily adequate for 4 guests, OR 11 Guests if you were to book both Apartments,
together for your travel dates.


10 minutes to Arsenal/Tottenham Hotspurs/NFL stadium.
Alexandra Place just a bus ride away or 10 minutes walk, also Alexandra Place is home to many Events.

24/7 Gym near by, Food you from around the world/choice of pub/shopping/Alexandra Place well known historically for first TV Broadcasting, recently its used for Musical Events to World Darts Competition and many more.

Best part only 15 minutes straight to Central London by tube or direct train to London Heathrow, also many other transport connections.

It Does NOT Record Sound at all! Only viewed when situations arise and only accessible by Owner (Host)

Good location for the tube , bus stop right outside flat . Clean and spacious and only 5 min walk to Wood Green tube and half hour walk to Ally Pally which is why we booked. Note parking is at an extra cost arranged in advance.

Fantastic!

I was with my two childrens in London last week, Jubed apartment was great for us because the proximity to the center, very good communication and in the area you have many shops and restaurants, the comunicacion was very good with Jubed, the check in was very easy, confortable and practical acomodation, thank u very much Jubed for the gesture of leaving te and cookies.I will keep your contact for future.

Great and Convenient

Modern, well furnished, spacious apartment, with all the conveniences necessary for a short or a longer stay. Very clean, and very well kept. The host is a wonderful person, enthusiastic about living in London, welcoming, and always ready to help should you need anything during your stay. It truly makes it for a smooth, no surprises stay. The location is 5 minutes walk to the Wood Green station of the underground, on the Piccadilly Line. In 20 minutes one can be in Central London without need to take buses, getting lost in traffic, and the like. For those that fly in and out of Heathrow, as it was my case, the Piccadilly Line is the perfect connection between the airport and your stay. Three major chain grocery stores nearby: Tesco Express (2 min walk), Sainsbury's Local (5 min walk), and a large Morrisons (6 min walk). I spent 10 days at this apartment and I felt at home.

El apartamento tiene lo necesario para pasar unos días, supermercados y restaurantes cerca, con una estación de metro muy cerca andando con lo que facilita llegar al centro bastante rápido. Fantastic location for getting to Alexandra palace

Unfortunately our event at ally pally was cancelled, but the location of the property is ideal for getting there (bus stop right by the property and the bus takes you right up to palm court). Jubed was in regular communication with us, brilliant service. The apartment was very clean, warm and well equipped. We planned a day visiting family and didn’t want to carry our bags with us. Jubed kindly offered to pick the bags up and store them for us at no extra cost. Would definitely recommend this property which is well priced vs the much higher property rentals in the area. Thank you!

Superbe appartement bien placé

Très bel appartement, fonctionnel, avec tout ce dont on a besoin pour un séjour, très propre. Nous étions deux adultes et un adolescent de 13 ans. Bien placé à cinq minutes d’une station de métro d’où partent toutes les lignes pour visiter Londres. Également à proximité du supermarché, restaurant, bref tout ce qu’il faut à proximité de l’appartement. Le gérant est super gentil, donne de bons conseils, à l’écoute et réponds très rapidement. Je recommande vivement, et nous retournerons dans cet appartement lors de notre prochain voyage à Londres. Merci Jubed !
