This "hotel" is more like a building full of studio apartments. Having an actual closet and kitchen area was amazing in London, especially at this price. However, as I learned the hard way, reception isn't staffed after 6 at night. DO NOT lose your key. I had to book another hotel for the night because of not being able to get through to their emergency number (that may have been connectivity issues). Otherwise, it's a great place for the money in a nice area. It's just not very central so be prepared for time on the tube.

Great Price, Location

Nice hotel, just 10/15 mins on tube into Central London. Very clean and well maintained. Nice area and plenty of places to eat. Staff very friendly.

Was a good stay had all the good things even had a hob and microwave so that made it better just didn’t know the checkout time and had a angry cleaner who was abit rude when I overstayed my check out time but other then that was good stay.

Good quality / price ratio.

Very nice place to stay in London at a reasonable price. Safe and quiet neighborhood, but full of life and with a bunch of very good restaurants at walking distance. Close to transportation to London city center and to trains to Luton Airport. Building totally renovated, comfy beds. Reception staff is superlative and they can store your luggage all day after check-out too. Room not very large but smart for 2 persons, kitchenette is useful for breakfast or a simple cooking. Some minor bugs to solve (i.e.: some hooks at doors could be useful, shower doors do not close perfectly) but they really will not affect your stay at all. I lived at 3rd floor and it has been very quiet, even if facing the street next to a pub during weekend.

Great place, great stay, only one issue

The place is great, location is FATASTIC. lots of great cafes and restaurants arounds, service is great, stuff are nice, very clean! Only thing is that there is no lift and the reception to take the key is a bit away from the building. It's not that bad it's just important to know befroe in case you have big/heavy laguage.

the room and contents were good everything was clean towels changed every day,reasonably quiet although there was some door banging especially after midnight some one was banging on the front door for quite a while,the only really negative for us was the windows they need changing the temp in the night was in the minus and it was blowing a gale through the windows please look at these.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön ausgestattet. Die Lage war auch sehr schön. Es war etwas schwer zu finden und die Rezeption ist getrennt. Da muss man aufmerksam sein. Ansonsten super für ein Wochenende in London.

Frage mich wieso man in so einem kleinen Zimmer Kochnische usw braucht, aber kaum Platz für Koffer und Kofferinhalt. Zimmer nach hinten war ruhig, aber es gibt 2 Gartenlokale! Nach vorne sehr laut. Für das was geboten wird , fast zu teuer. Aber das ist London.

Excellent property, only one thing to make it better. The aircon control was not visible (eventually found in a drawer). Why not add a picture of it and the tv remote to the welcome letter. That way guests will know what to look for.
