Very close to Kings Cross underground and a surprisingly (mostly) quiet street. Clean, modern apartment with good facilities. Access instructions were clear and worked well. Very happy with our stay there.

The suite needs a few more things in it to make it comfortable for longer stays - suggestions have been shared with the property management, so maybe future guests will see those improvements. Overall a decent place to stay in a great location in terms of transit, etc.

It was an excellent location, very close to the train station and some nice restaurants nearby. The room was tidy and clean but the property itself was old so there was a stinky smell when we got into the room. After opening the windows with some fresh air in, it was much better.

Great room and location

We stayed 3 nights and that was so comfortable. I had stayed in different hotels in kings cross region and was so small, heating of the rooms had problem. But in here, shower, heating etc was great we never felt cold. They also helped about early checkin. We could leaver our luggages when we arrived to London. Housekeepers was so kind. Location is also great. I always prefer to stay Kings cross region and that hotel was my number one.

Clean apartment close to Kings Cross station

Lovely place for a 4 days stay, very close to Kings cross station which was very convenient. The apartments is very clean and cleaning staff is very friendly. Nespresso machine, coffee capsules and tea is provided. The area is a bit noisy and the apartment isn’t that well isolated. As it is close to a big train station you might see a few sketchy people in the street, however we wasn’t approached by anyone and felt overall safe as there is many people in the area.

Positives: the property was in a very good location for public transport to the rest of London, was clean and generally well presented. Negatives: had to report a leak from the bathroom above which had already been reported by previous guest apparently. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable (hard mattress). General view: would use again for an extended stay in London but a tad overpriced for a “no-frills” apartment.

Great London apartment

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, everything I needed (including an emergency stash of shower gel which was perfect as I'd forgotten mine!). Only downside is the bed was very creaky/noisy and wasn't comfortable. Everything else was great, I'd happily stay again. Absolutely fantastic service - the instructions and videos/photos to help check in etc were so helpful.

The furniture was below standard. The bed was super uncomfortable, pillows too stiff and the sofa was torn and worn down. Would not recommend to a friend. Bathroom and kitchen were okay.

Tea and coffee facilities and equipped kitchen but no milk, not even the tiny UHT capsules. No toiletries - A small soap should be available at least for handwashing. No top sheet - ugh. There is generously a towel and a hand towel each, but no rail. The bedside lamp didn’t work. And very noisy from outside - granted this last is completely controllable by the owners.
