Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. A stones throw from Holland Park, the Design Museum, Kensington shops, restaurants and amenities.
The home is uniquely decorated with art and plants, featuring a conservatory that leads onto a secluded garden perfect for outdoor summer dining! Enjoy the outdoor fire pit. The home is spacious, perfect for all occasions whether a family holiday, romantic getaway or extended business trip.
The bedroom has a brand new king size bed with luxury mattress and stylish rattan cupboards. Moving to the living room, there are two new sofas, one of which is a double size sofa bed.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and washing machine as well as a high top dining table seating four. The bathroom has a shower & bathtub with excellent water pressure and we always have bath salts available for relaxation! Our Smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix & Amazon Prime, ready for you to login into.
Kensington & Holland Park is a wonderful residential & vibrant pocket of london. A tree lined home close to London's reknowned charming spots.
The Design Museum is a couple of minutes walk away, exhibiting great art & design. Holland Park and the Japanese gardens is a must see for beauty and tranquility, look out for the wandering peacocks and stunning water features. The park also hosts outdoor opera and theatre - not to be missed!
Our favourite local pub, The Scarsdale Tavern, is 4 minutes walk away, and full of British charm with outdoor heated seating with trees. The Abingdon, Mohsen, Megan’s, The Ivy and Jacuzzi are also nearby, do ask us for recommendations.
There are supermarkets within 3 minutes walk, a local small Sainsbury, a Green Valley Deli and huge Tesco with everything. Wholefoods is a 15 minute walk and Waitrose is 7 minutes.
A 10 minute car ride away and you'll reach the Natural History Museum, the Science Museum, V&A and Knightsbridge where Harrods and Harvey Nichols are located.
There is a parking space available on-site that should be booked via JustPark. Let us know and we will send you details of how to book.
There is a bus stop at the top of the road, with great links throughout taking you for shopping at Westfield mall (C1 or 49) or all the way to Piccadilly (9) and Notting Hill (27).
Over ground station, Kensington Olympia, is about 7 minutes walk away and is the best to get you to East London & Gatwick Airport.
Earls court tube, about 10 minutes walk, has District & Piccadilly lines, that go to Heathrow Airport as well as all the local attractions like Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden as well as further into the City of London.
High Street Kensington offers another tube station, about 15 minutes walk or a short bus ride. With Circle & District Lines.

We stayed at the property for a week, exploring London with our two children. The location is great, on a quiet residential street between Kensington High Street and Earl's Court, with convenient access to shops, buses and Tube stations. We loved the private patio, which forms a natural extention of the flat and is a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing.
The place surpassed all expectations! The apartment's prime location near High Street Ken and Hyde Park was unbeatable. Inside, it was immaculate and comfortable, with an enchanting garden providing a serene escape. The host's hospitality was exceptional, making us feel like old friends. A true gem in London—we can't wait to return
Excellent host , spacious , clean and well equipped , lots of sun , 200 mt from high street Kensongton, Restaurants, supermarkets , 5 min walk to Olympia and new Developement, 3 min walk to Tesco main.
We had a wonderful relaxing stay, and the host promptly replied to any inquiries we had. The shortbread cookies were delicious! Loved the selection of books and games.
The host is professional and prompt. It was lovely having the garden. Even though it was winter, the view of it from inside gave a feeling of more space. The flat is spacious. Shower water is hot. Bed was comfortable.
