Trop cher à mon goût

Chambre petite pour deux personnes, mais nous n’y sommes seulement pour dormir, donc cela reste supportable. En revanche, une clim tourne h24 dans la pièce, et d’après l’écriteau, nous ne devons pas l'éteindre... Vive les maux de tête et les courbatures dûs aux courants d’air de celle-ci, dirigée directement vers les lits, même si, grâce à ça, la température de la chambre est très agréable par rapport à l’extérieur. Malheureusement, à cause de la Covid-19, nous avons payé les petit-déjeuners inutilement, puisqu’il n’y en a pas. C’est dommage de ne pas nous avoir prévenu de ces changements. Je ne comprends pas les trois étoiles. Cela dit, le personnel reste très agréable.

Perhaps the most contradictory hotel in London

Book a low-cost hotel near any big-city travel hub, and you get what you pay for (and yes, under £100 a night in London is a budget hotel). This Comfort Inn is intriguing: it's an American motel shoehorned into a beautiful old London facade, shabby decor and everything you'd expect from a Comfort Inn/Travellodge stateside. No frills and a free (tepid) breakfast and wifi thrown in. It's contradictory; brand new and spotless bathroom with a slimy shower head; old and worn (and they open!!! yay!!!) sash windows in keeping with the architecture, and a wonderful view across the rooftops towards the much more expensive St Pancras hotel. No bedbugs (I checked, I felt I had to check) and surprisingly quiet and peaceful so close to Pentonville Road and Kings Cross. Kettle and decent-sized mug in room, but bring your own instant as the free coffee is dishwater. Yes, I'd stay there again. No, I would not send valuable clients there - it's not a place for impressing, but it is a decent night's sleep in the middle of the big city.

L'hotel est très bien situe a deux pas a pied de la gare. La chambre est spacieuse, la salle de bain elle merite un nettoyage plus en profondeur car il y avait de la moisissure sur les mure du à l'abscence de fenêtre. Un bon compromis qualite pris et emplacement.

Great stay ... room spotless and new bathroom

Overnight stay in London. Really pleased helpful reception. Was able to check in over an hour earlier than normal time. Room was spotless , twin room no. 114 on ground floor. The beds were very comfortable, brand new bathroom installed, great shower (still had faint smell of new paint) and room at the right temperature. The staff at check out were very friendly. I would definitely stay at this Comfort Inn again

Hôtel très bien situé proche de la gare et donc du métro et des lignes de bus qui desservent les quartiers principaux de Londres. Hôtel correct. On sent que le matelas a du vécu :-) Dommage. Le petit déj est jusqu'à 9h30 seulement. Un peu tôt pour moi. 7h à 10h (au lieu de 6h30 - 9h30) serait parfait !

We stayed at this property about 15 yrs ago and enjoyed it....no ice, mildew in the bathroom, no heat ( thank goodness we like to sleep cold) door key seldom worked staff not to helpful breakfast was the pits, we aye out every morning had to ask after 3rd day for clean sheets...in short not a good experience!

Would stay again.

The room smelt a bit strange but we got used to it. Room was nice and big with a private bathroom. Room and location was quiet. Breakfast was fresh and a good selection for continental. Check in and out was quick and easy.
