Stayed with a family of 5 and the location cant be beat! We had 5 peices of luggage and was easy to walk to Liverpool St station and take Elizabeth line to LHR.
The communication with the staff for checkin was very personable and accomodating, and they followed up to ensure everytjing was perfect. They even left a box of goodies for us (chocolates, cookies, gourmet tea, etc)
Was hesitant to book due to other reivews mentioning the street noise but we used the portalable fans to create white noise so it didnt bothed us.
Also, the washer was convienient and there were 2 drying racks, 1 was electric so it dried the clothes quickly in a few hrs (American mom here so was worried about not having a dryer).
Only minor downside is that even though it said 3rd floor, I didnt understand that it meant it was on the 4th story, but we managed just fine with the stairs.
