Just stayed for 3 nights in B01, the basement room with kitchenette. Great location, quiet, housekeeping and remote staff were on it. You just have to appreciate the deal you’re getting for the location and the kitchenette. It’s older, but you’re in Hyde Park London. Gorgeous street, responsive team. The bedding could be softer, the pillows could be better, but for the price it was far beyond what I expected. Very safe and quiet with everything you need a quick walk away. I would absolutely stay again.

Thinking it was going to be difficult with no reception and getting codes for doors etc. it turned out to be really handy and the communication with the people via email was very efficient.

Quarto confortável até, todos os equipamentos da cozinha estavam funcionando. Uma sugestão seria ter um espelho maior, que pudesse ver o corpo todo porque espaço no quarto para instalação tem. Como estávamos apenas em mulheres, foi ruim não ter um espelho para conferir o look e usávamos o microondas para ter uma visão melhor. De resto, o quarto é igual ao do anúncio. Ótima localização, várias opções de restaurantes, supermercados, lojas de suvenir e duas estações de metrô. Dica: se tiver problemas com escadas, melhor buscar outra opção porque realmente são mto cansativas mas já sabíamos dessa questão antes de ir.

Reception is a 5/6 min walk away. The TV remote did not work, two of three light build did not work over the mirror in the bathroom, house rules are on the line of concentration camp, in poor condition, dirty and dusty, no bedside light, It was not an apartment as all I got was a Fridge and kettle. The only plus was the location but with some many options in the area I will not be staying there again. It was the pits!

Dingy and dirty

Lovely area, however the room was dirty and the beds stained. Our bed was broken and kept threatening to break at any moment. The shower was broken and only pointed at the wall. The room was dark and dingy. Definitely not an apartment as described. Just a room with an added built in toilet and shower and small kitchenette at the end of your bed. Very loud at nice, people coming and going slamming doors. Didnt help we were the room right next to the front door. Was cheap, hence why we chose it for one night. But wont stay again.

Great location,

Stayed here with friends, 3 adults, 3 children Lovely quiet road, but so close to Hyde park and paralleled to street with lots of shops and restaurants, and Waitrose just round the corner Clean flat with just about everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean comfy beds, lots of hot water, heating worked well, friendly neighbour! Will stay here again I am sure

Nice room and Location.

The room was fine and the area great. The only downside was the tv remote didn't work and using the manual button to switch on was OK but the panel buttons were disbaled so I couldn't vary volume or change channel. I had to switch of the TV at the socket.

Cleanliness issue

Unit is at the top floor with no lift. Property is not clean and doesnt feel clean. Fridge is smelly and had to clean it myself to put our food. Dusty. Sheets have stains.

No sleep due to a very uncomfortable mattress

The bed was so firm I couldn’t sleep. In the end I had to use the double duvet as a mattress topper and sleep under the single duvet. No bottle opener or cooking utensils at all. Shower head in an extremely Unhygienic condition!

I was upgraded to a different room that had another bed in it - I didn't ask for an upgrade and the other bed restricted the space in the room. My room was situated next to the front door which meant that ate arriving guest always made noise and disturb my sleep. Very inconvenient.

Check was pleasingly straightforward.The property was just a 2 minute walk away and the room itself weas clean and decently sized. Good sized and well equipped shower room with plenty of towels. Also tea and coffee making facilities and free bottled water were a generous touch.

Very, very small room, just a bed with one blanket, one bedside table, cos on the other side of bed were a little fridge and on top of it an electric kettle for coffee or tea. You could just add some little shelves, a mirror etc., so the room would be much comfortable... Also really IMPORTANT!!! put the adress, where You have to pick up the key, in Your FRONT PAGE!!! We fortunately did read all informations, but there came two other couples, who didn't know, that the reseption is in other place. Staff we saw there were very nice and helpful 😊

Building in poor condition with masonry from work in driveway.This was cleaned up next day. Got basement flat which is not suitable for two.It did not feel secure as double door could easily be prised open. Stain on ceiling & only one chair available so 2nd person would have to sit on bed.No shelving to place anything..You could hear pipework working & someone was drilling early each morning.

Excellent location very close to Paddington station. Appartment was well equipped with stovetop, microwave and fridge. Would definitely stay there again.

My money was stolen from my room! I have seen my personal belongings moved around. I asked the reception if they can at least check with CCTV and they outright rejected to check. All they said is call the police. The only thing police does is to give you a number so you can provide to your insurer. The safe deposit doesn't even work in the room so you cannot even use it! I have asked them further to investigate and they just said we asked the room service they didn't come in to your room. I have told them I wasn't feeling safe they told me they will send maintenance person. He came the next day! I couldn't even sleep because someone could break in again! Maintenance person said the door wasn't forced it must be someone with card. I would have understood slightly if they actually bothered to check CCTV today to see who could have entered this area. But no, they don't simply bother! By the way it's quite simple, CCTV only sees 3 rooms, so apart from these room residents it's whoever entered there! So obvious. The manager offered nothing but replacing me to 2nd floor. No compensation or anything else was offered. I really don't recommend this place!
