We stayed as a family of 5 and had a brilliant time. Check-in was simple and the loft is great. I love Mayfair and this location is in a great location and very near to everything. We would definitely stay again.
Perfect location. Close to the Underground and many major attractions were within easy walking distance. Apartment was clean and very well equipped. Would recommend highly.
This apartment was an amazing place for our family to stay. Plenty of space, perfect location, very comfortable to relax at the end of the day. We enjoyed being able to walk to nice shops and restaurants. Would love to stay again!
This is a beautiful property located in a great area. It was very clean and had a large space for us to gather between our excursions in the city. Our family of 3 generations enjoyed it very much. There was someone to meet us when we arrived and the elevator made it easy to get our luggage upstair. Communication with the property manager was easy and he was responsive. It was really nice having a separate bathroom for each bedroom. Would definitely come back again!
This is the perfect spot for a group of adults. Plenty of room to accommodate social and private spaces. Beautiful features, fully stocked apt and location is ideal for accessing all parts of London. Highly recommend!!
Robert's flat was everything it was advertised to be. The location worked really well for us. We were there with our 4 youngest grandchildren ( ages 9-13 ) and it was so easy to get around to all the attractions the kids wanted to see.

We were pleased with our stay. Location was excellent. Flat was clean and well appointed as advertised. No issues with the Flat or support from the Host.
The only issue is one of the bedrooms that faces the street has to deal with street noise at night, which can last well into the night.
Beautiful apartment in very convenient London neighborhood
This is a spacious 3 bedroom apartment We were a multi-generational group of five. You can walk easily to Piccadilly or Buckingham Palace. Green St. tube, Green Park, and an M&S grocery are just a couple of blocks away. If the apartment is available, grab it!
My husband and 2 teenage boys had a wonderful week in a well thought out high end flat at a great location. We prepared breakfast daily. We managed the washer / dryer unit by loading the machine 1/3 the capacity. The lift was very convenient to have. We walked about 16K steps a day. Mayfair is a very beautiful neighborhood with excellent restaurants, cafes and shopping. Fortum and Mason is a 10 minute walk. We took buses and trains to British Museum, Tower Bridge, Tower of London, Greenwich (via Uber Boat) and Frameless. We miss London so much!
Convenient location, comfortable space for family with teens and grandparents
Large comfortable space for family of 3 teen boys and grandparents-(one teen on futon). Highlights were: common living space, very short walk to Metro, 3 minute walk to grocery/pubs, breakfast nook with skylights for natural lighting. Excellent communication with managers. Simple check in and check out process. Yes would returna and recommend to others.
My tech savvy kids loved this apartment. I loved it for the spaciousness, beautiful bathrooms, the posh neighborhood was fun and we were able to walk to so many places or a taxi, bus and subway were all very close. Coffee right down the street although there was coffee provided for early drinkers. The kitchen was well stocked and we loved Bob, the manager who took care of everything!
Comfortable, clean, great showers, central to everything, perfect for running in any of the 4 nearby parks. Just need to get used to laundry taking a while with the all-in-one European system so pack accordingly. The flat truly made our vacation that much more enjoyable. To come back from 12 miles of walking to a “home” instead of a hotel room was divine. Robert was also incredibly gracious and thoughtful with his responses over text to help us plan. We want to move in permanently!
Great flat with a great location
We were able to walk to many sights we wanted to visit. Very close to tube as well. A shout out to Bob who helped us when we arrived. He was most helpful in explaining the suite, although I would recommend something written left in the flat explaining the hvac system. Being from North America it was quite confusing for us 😉
My family & I stayed for 5 days. Our place was amazing! We didn't use it to its full potential as we spent so much time away from the residence and touring.
The only thing I would suggest to any Americans, is to bring washcloths. I had forgotten to inquire about that and certainly not usually a big deal but Americans will miss them.
After a few minor problems, Bob was there or sent someone within an hour of my texts to correct them. I would certainly recommend this apartment !
The flat is very appealing and was immaculate when we arrived. This property is ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, just off Picadilly for easy access to the Green Park tube station, black cabs hailed on Picadilly, Brown's hotel for tea and drinks, and good nearby shopping and browsing. Americans needing their morning coffee fix will find several coffee shops less than 5 minutes away. Also nearby are Marks and Spencer Food and Sainsbury's for groceries and other items. The staff is very friendly. Know that there is a combination washer/dryer on premise, but it doesn't dry medium to heavier weight clothes fully, so you may need to hang them for a day on the drying rack provided. Overall, we had a highly memorable and enjoyable stay in one of the world's greatest cities.
This was a great property in the Mayfair section of London. We were able to take the Elizabeth line from the airport and then walk approximately 10 to 15 minutes to the property. The apartment was as described in the description. The check in process was easy. I had a flight delay, but my traveling companions were able to drop off their luggage prior to check in time. We were able to walk everywhere from the property. There is a bar across the street from the property and it did interfere somewhat with one of the couples ability to sleep. We were there over a weekend so I'm sure it's quieter during the week. I loved being able to walk everywhere. We had a great stay. Thank you!
Pros:
Living area bright light. Comfortable seating. Well-equipped kitchen. A/C heat/cool worked very well. Plenty of towels, maid service mid-stay. Back bedroom totally quiet. Good bathrooms. Very firm mattresses (too firm for some of us). Bob was easy to communicate with.
Best of all, easy, lovely walks to many sights, beautiful parks and buildings, nearby grocery and tube stop around the corner. Many, many excellent restaurants with various cuisines in the immediate neighborhood. Easy to get a taxi.
Cons:
Hefty fee for late arrivals (coming from US you are either hours too early or late). Convection stove worked erratically, despite one of us couples having one at home. Sole coffee maker uses pods that were hard to obtain, though Bob supplied more the next afternoon. The front bedroom got a lot of noise from street construction, the third bedroom, and especially the bathroom, are smaller than the others, and the combo washer dryer does not get the clothes dry, even with a very very small load. There is a drying rack.
Easy walking distance from so many sights! Tons of shopping and restaurants very close. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed! Mayfair is lovely! Highly recommend!!
