"Lots of scratches and damaged walls in hallways and lobby, old worn carpet in hallways. Elevator reminded me of older college dorm. Vinyl floors in rooms, Beds were fine and bathroom was pretty good. Overall most general areas were pretty worn down, but room was ok. I guess so so for $85 but definitely Not a place my wife would care to stay at."

"We had an enjoyable stay here, though not feeling like it was exactly up to par with what I would’ve expected from them. Hotel was clean enough, and the staff was very helpful. Our first room‘s air conditioner was obnoxiously loud, but they were kind enough and quick to switch us to another room not a fan of the top sheet and bottom sheet sandwich over top of a blanket type thing so the bed felt sloppy and cheap for this particular brand of hotel. The slightly better than average beds were hard pillows were great. Breakfast was included, but the bare minimum. Great location OK for the money."

"Our woodland room, #610 was perfect. Roomy, clean, well stocked with towels. Great to have nice size frig, microwave, counter space and dishes. We brought food and drinks, restaurants about 20 minutes away in Corbin. Enjoyed coffee sitting on the porch chairs each morning. TV had many channels, internet was steady. Shower was hot with soap provided. We literally walked out the door to well marked trails. Beautiful nature and so peaceful. Cumberland Falls was a perfect getaway. "
