Travel cot:
We provide a travel cot free of charge. Please note that it comes with a thin padded base only (no sheets or full mattress).

Central London location:
You’ll be staying in Zone 1, just steps from Paddington Station and a short walk to Hyde Park. Being in the heart of the city, some urban noise may be heard.

Access:
The flat is on the 2nd floor (two levels up from street) and there is no lift.

Extra bedding / sofa beds:
The apartment includes up to 4 sofa beds in addition to the two king beds.
• If you’d like any of the sofa beds prepared, there is a one-off £15 linen fee per sofa bed, per stay (to cover linen and laundry).
• Please let us know in advance how many you would like set up.

Pets:
We welcome one pet per booking. There is a £45/night fee.
• 1–7 nights: £45 per night
• 8–29 nights: £360 per stay
• 30+ nights: £720 per stay

Important:
Check-in will be declined if the required pet or linen fees are not paid in advance. In that case, your chosen cancellation policy will apply.

Please note that a security deposit of £350 may be required, depending on your circumstances. All guests are required to complete separate ID verification and sign our rental agreement before check-in.

Parking (complimentary — please read):
Parking is complimentary, but it's important to know exactly what it is. It's a shared outdoor space behind the building that we share with neighbours, reached through a gate at the rear. Although there is a gate, it is not a secured or locked car park (no barrier, attendant or CCTV).
• Self-service and first-come, first-served — a space is not guaranteed and cannot be reserved.
• There is realistically room for one small car only; larger vehicles (estates, SUVs, vans) will not fit safely.
• You park entirely at your own risk; we cannot accept responsibility for any damage, scratches or parking/penalty charges.
If you need a guaranteed or secure space, or drive a larger car, we recommend booking via the JustPark app or the Paddington NCP car park on Winsland Street, W2 1JY (a short walk away). Surrounding streets are permit/metered controlled — please don't use residents' bays without a valid permit.
The flat is exceptionally well connected, making it easy to explore London whether you’re here for work or leisure.

Just a 3-minute walk from Paddington Station, you’ll have direct access to the Elizabeth line, Heathrow Express, and four Underground lines (Bakerloo, Circle, District, and Hammersmith & City). This means quick, hassle-free journeys across the city and beyond.

From the front door:

• Soho – 8 minutes by tube, ideal for an evening out or West End shows
