Worn out place. Dirty furnitures, doings is beds are visible by the eye. Very unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. Questionable cleaning and poor service. Note: appear to be random locations.

Bad check in, lovely stay.

Horrible check in and they were unavailable when we called and hotels.com tried to call. Then had to work to another location then the one given. Phone number listed was in Prauge not London. But everything else was great.

Lejligheden lå perfekt i forhold til transport. Dog er det lidt misvisende at man skal møde op et sted, og så videre til et nyt sted, hvor lejligheden ligger. Det kunne man godt fortælle om forud. Billederne på Hotels.com hjemmeside er også lidt for pæne, og er ikke helt repræsentativ af lejlighedens faktiske tilstand. Men god service hos Glory City apppartments, og det gik hurtigt. Samt de kom også hurtigt med en barneseng, som vi efterbestilte. Når man rejser med en lille på 9 mnd, er det perfekt med en stue, hvor man kan gå ind og være.

Misleading adverts

The apartments could be anywhere in central London - so advertise them individually for each apartment rather than the tiny hole of an office next to the shard, pretending their location is the shard. The apartment itself was in bad condition - broken shower, basin, nobody showed when this was reported. None of the radiators worked.

Why this "hotel" has four stars, is beyond me. The only positive thing about it is the size of the apartment. Positive: The apartments are large Negative: - Wifi not working - Dirty bathroom - Smell: One of the bedrooms smelled like old sigarettes. The kitchen also smelled really bad - The reseption was in a seperate building (like all the 11 apartments were) 25 minutes walk from the apartment. We also had to walk from the reseption to the apartment - there were no taxi included. - The reseption lookes like an untidy dorm room. - I called the reseption to get them to order me a taxi one day, which they wouldn`t do - I had ordered two apartments. They were located really far from each other, so we had to change apartment the second day. Both apartments were really noisy at night time.

Large clean apartment, a bit basic

Had to get a taxi from the office where you pick up the keys as had lots of luggage and it’s a fairly long 1+ mile walk to the apartment. Heating in the apartment is night storage and cold by evening so needed to use the oil filled radiators which take time to warm up. The apartment is large. A bit basic but fine. You’ll need to bring your own shampoo etc

Spacious apartment

I booked an apartment for 3 days for a business travel with London Bridge apartments hoping to get a good location. They have apartments in several locations, so you don`t really know what you are getting, mine was more than 10 mins away from any Tube station, far from any supermarkets. Service was good, I asked for an apartment at a higher floor as I was travelling alone and they accommodated my request. Otherwise, apartment is spacious, clean, furniture kind of old but overall comfortable.
