Very clean and I was helped when I couldn't see my lock box! Wrong glasses. Really convenient for me and while there is a little noise its really not bad for the location, and ear plugs were provided!

The Gateway Hotel is my favorite stay choice in London. You feel like a Londoner when you stay here. The place emphasizes your privacy. Once you get you key card you don’t have to go through the lobby again. IThe best location

It was clean and served the purpose. It was good that we could open the windows to cool the room down, but had to close them to sleep due to road & pedestrian noise.

Small room on main road near cafes so convenient for overnight stay. Adequate facilities. Couldnt book for 2 nights as i wanted and no breakfast for a room costing about a hundred pounds so not value for money imho.
