Amazing staff!! The rooms are simple but very comfy and VERY clean. The neighborhood is quiet- no swarms other tourists crowding the streets, no clubs or loud bars close by, very pretty and walkable to the bus lines and underground stops. The room was absolutely SILENT at night, which was amazing. The coffee shop across the street was a definite perk of the place also!! Will definitely stay again when traveling to London.

The key selling point of this hotel are the staff and location. The staff are so friendly and willing to help nothing is too much trouble. Location well what can I say Paddington station is about a 7minute walk and Lancaster Gate 2min. With Hyde Park about 4 mins walk. Lovely places to eat especially in the surrounding area.

Great location. I complained about 1 of the single beds sheets being stained, the lady assured me they were clean and 12 days later it was still there. Lucky it had 2 beds.
