Definitely recommend

This was a very good spot to stay , we travelled from Ireland and was very unsure of the area and the arrival time , the host was great at replying to text and helpful with late check in for us. They were very courteous and showed us the property well. We slept soundly with little to no noise in a lovely warm room. There were lots of complimentary snacks and a well stocked fridge , the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed, I would definitely come back here for another stay. I came over to get dental implants done in Stratford, an Uber took only 10 mins to the Dentaprime practice. Very pleased

The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive, offering their assistance and guidance in navigating the situation. They provided valuable resources and support, ultimately enabling me to find my passport. Their exceptional help and understanding turned what could have been a stressful experience into a manageable situation. I'm immensely grateful for their outstanding service and willingness to assist during a challenging time.

Visiting London for just a few days. Loved staying here: between the great management of this beautiful home, friendly & helpful owner (Farouk) is very accommodating, and the convenient location, can’t get much better than this. Underground very close by — quiet residential area near a park. Plus, cute backyard if youre outdoorsy and need a moment with Mother Nature.

I was welcomed when I arrived , i was surprised with the facilities that was on offer. The owner sat down with me for around an hour and we talked as if we knew one another. Had a great sleep comfortable and clean. Will return again definitely, value for money.

Amazing hospitality. This is exactly how a host should be. Immaculate property. Everything smelled and look sanitised, fresh and clean. The host goes above and beyond for his guests. Snacks, fresh fruit, bottled water and more were waiting and stocked for us at the apartment. We will definitely be back here to stay.

Faruk made our stay easy and peaceful. We didn’t have any issues with appliances or surrounding. He made himself available everytime we called or had questions. He was very friendly and warm towards us. I will stay here again when I visit London again.

Clean and bright place.

A set of rooms in a large converted terrace, in a nice area. About 5 mins from nearest bus stop at Clapton Pond, and 10 mins from Clapton. Very welcome pack of water, biscuits and tea/coffee in room. Bed was fine. Good quality toilet paper! Faruk was friendly and quick to respond.

A little more TLC

It was ok. The bed was smaller than I’m used to but was comfortable enough to get a good nights rest. The bathroom could use a make over and a bit more cleaning, lighting was terrible in there! Kitchenette was tidy and did its job!

The sound insulation was insufficient, making it quite audible to hear the occupants on the upper floor. The shared bathroom would benefit from modernisation. Additionally, there was litter strewn throughout the entrance area.

If you are looking to rent a room with shared facilities, this is for you. Unfortunately, this wasn’t advertised as such when we booked. When I tried to confront the owner about the miscommunication, he became very agitated and aggressive. The listing was even changed to reflect the shared accommodation during the confrontation, and when he asked me to show him the misinformation, it had been changed. Very sketchy. Luckily we had taken screenshots before he changed the listing, which helped us with our dispute and refund with Expedia. We had to scramble for last minute accommodations elsewhere, which disrupted our holiday. Having said all that, this wouldn’t be a bad place if it were advertised as a room with shared facilities, and you knew what you were getting into, it was not what we were looking for. The staff was extremely untrustworthy.
