Citadines Holborn has a good location, right across from the Holborn Underground. The shopping, restaurants and sights within walking distance are also good.
We had asked for a quiet upper floor unit. We ended up listening to noise at all hours of the day and night, even when wearing ear plugs. Most of the noise was from within the hotel itself- guests in upper floors and the hallway. The sound dampening of the doors and walls was pitiful.
The fit and finish of the unit, especially in and around the bathroom was subpar.
The kitchen while adequately stocked with dishes, was lacking in cookware and was quite small. We had to ask for a fry pan and the only one available was only large enough to cook two eggs at a time.
Additional items we had to ask for, which the unit was not stocked with, included tea towels and adequately sized bath towels.
Given the relative cost of this unit vs Citadines Trafalgar square, I would stay elsewhere.
