Please note that while the apartment is on the ground floor, there are a few internal steps between some rooms. As the building is home to permanent residents, we kindly ask guests to be respectful of our neighbours during their stay.

Despite its central location, Pimlico remains one of London's quieter residential neighbourhoods, making it an ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing or business meetings.



Getting Around:

• Pimlico Underground Station is approximately a 6-minute walk

• Victoria Station is around a 10-minute walk, offering Underground, National Rail, Gatwick Express, and coach services

• Gatwick Airport is approximately 30 minutes away via the Gatwick Express

• Buckingham Palace and Big Ben are about a 25-minute walk

• Tate Britain, Chelsea, and the River Thames are all within easy walking distance



The area is also well served by numerous bus routes, black taxis, ride-sharing services, and Santander Cycle hire stations, making it simple to reach every corner of London

There is one complimentary mid-stay clean for long-term stays (28 days or more). If you would like additional cleaning, there will be an additional fee. Please make your request at least 48 hours in advance.



For reservations of 28 nights or more, a mandatory inspection of the accommodation will be conducted by Rapid Retunrs if you decline a mid-stay clean. This inspection will ensure the property remains in good condition and is compliant with health and safety standards. You will be notified of the inspection schedule in advance, and access to the accommodation will be required for this purpose. If you do not agree to this clause, RAPID RETURNS reserves the right to cancel your reservation.



We provide a few complimentary essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: trash bags in all trash cans, toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and dish soap. Please note that these items are not replenished. If you run out, you’ll need to purchase more.



We also provide fresh towels and linens upon arrival. There will be an additional charge for extra towels and linens.



House Rules:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No events are allowed. If we find evidence that you are partying inside the property, you will be asked to leave the property immediately by our security team and your security deposit will be retained.

- This property will NOT accommodate stag, hen or any similar parties.

- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

- Please note that all special requests are subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.

- Pets are allowed with prior authorization and an extra charge of £20 per pet, per night. Please inform us if you are traveling with a pet. Bringing a pet without prior authorization will incur a fee of £30 per pet, per night.

- NO SMOKING! We strictly implement a non-smoking policy throughout the entire building. Violation of this policy will result in a charge of £1,000.

- No unregistered guests. Bringing extra people in addition to the number you have booked for is considered a booking violation, and we will have no other choice but to ask everyone to leave the premises, and your security deposit will be retained.

- If you wish to have visitors, you need to inform us before arrival. However, they will not be allowed to stay overnight.

- Any damage to this property is chargeable. This accommodation regrets that it cannot accept liability for any valuables left in the apartment or parking vehicles.

- Respect the noise curfew. Our properties are in a private residential area. Therefore, our duty is to strictly implement a no noise policy starting from 10 PM to 7 AM.

- Unauthorised late checkout resulting in cancellation of the upcoming booking will be charged to you.

- Non-approved check-outs after 10 AM will incur a charge of £30 per hour.
